DURING APROACH, PILOT MOVED FLAP HANDLE TO FIRST DETENT. THE AIRCRAFT ROLLED RIGHT. PILOT USED OVERCENTER ON CONTROL WHEEL TO LEFT TO MAINTAIN STRAIGHT AND LEVEL FLIGHT. INVESTIGATION FOUND RT FLAP INBD SCREW JACK GEARS STRIPPED AND DAMAGED.
