WHILE DESCENDING, AT APROX FL340 THE CREW OBSERVED 2 LARGE BANGS SOUNDED LIKE COMPRESSOR STALLS. FLT ATTENDANT NOTED BANGS LOUDER IN BACK THAN WHAT PERCEIVED IN FRONT. AFTER LOUD BANGS, RT FADEC FAIL MESSAGE WAS ILLUMINATED. FOLLOWED THAT CHECKLIST WHILE TURNING TOWARDS OKC. VERY HIGH ITT AND LOW OIL PRESSURE NOTED. ONCE THE ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN USING THE CHECKLIST HYD PUMP 2B FAILED MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. LOW PRESSURE ON HYD 2 SYS WAS NOTED. FLT SPOILER FAIL WAS ILLUMINATED ON SHORT FINAL. CONTINUED WITH FLT SPOILERS YELLOW ON NR 2 & VISUALLY FLT SPOILERS PARTIALLY DEPLOYED WITH YELLOW OBSERVED IN SYNAPTIC. INCREASED SPEED SLIGHT & MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. UNSURE IF ONE SYS FAILED CAUSED THE OTHER SYS FAILURE. NO FLUID OR LEAKS WERE OBSERVED ON POST FLIGHT. RT ENG INDICATES 11 QUARTS OF OIL ON POSTFLIGHT. REMOVED LT ENG FMU REMOVED. INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED, REPAIRED LT ENGINE FMU IAW EMM 73-21-03. TECH MM. PERFORMED OPERATION TEST AND LEAK CHK ON THE LT FMU NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED IAW EMM 71-00-00. TECH MM.
MLG: LEFT OUTBOARD MAIN TIRE #1 EXPLODED DURING TAXI INTO RAMP. REPLACED BOTH LH IB AND LH OB MLG WHEEL/TIRE ASSEMBLIES IAW BOMBARDIER GL-5000 GVFD AMM 32-41-01.
MAIN DOOR: UPON CLOSING MAIN CABIN DOOR CREW NOTICED HANDLE ALINGMENT RED STRIPES NOT ALIGNED, AND SOLENOID TYPE NOISE ACTUATING ABNORMALLY LATE, NO CAS MESSAGES RELATED TO THE MAIN CABIN DOOR. INSTALLED PLACARD. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW GL5000 MM 52-11-00.
NLG: NOSE STEER FAIL CAS MESSAGE CAME ON AFTER LANDING GEAR EXTENSION. ECL CHECKLIST PROCEDURE ACCOMPLISHED BUT MESSAGE PERSISTED, SYSTEM TURNED OFF FOR LANDING. ATEMPTED A RESET ON GROUND AFTER VACATING RUNWAY BUT STILL NO STEERING. HARD FAIL. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED RIGHT STEERING ACTUATOR PER BOMBARDIER GL5000 MM 32-51-21. OPS CHECK GOOD.
WITH APU RUNNING. WHEN MAIN CABIN DOOR IS BEING CLOSED IT STARTS TO RAISE AND THEN QUITS AND GOES BACK DOWN. THIS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE FINALLY CLOSING. FEELS LIKE THE MOTOR IS GETTING WEAK .
EMERG EXIT DOOR: REPEAT WRITE UP. AFTER TAKEOFF DURING INITIAL CLIMB, EMERGENCY EXIT MADE LOUD HISSING, BUZZING, HORN SOUNDING NOISES. NOISE WENT AWAY AFTER WE CLIMBED THROUGH ABOUT 15,000 FEET. GAINED ACCESS LO OVER-WING EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR LO LUBRICATE THE SEAL. UPON REMOVAL OF THE OVER-WING EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR WE DISCOVERED THE SEAL HAS MULTIPLE CUTS AND NEEDS REPLACEMENT. RESEARCHED AIPC. CONTACTED MCC AND PLACED DOOR SEAL PN: GM329-3006-1 ON ORDER. REINSTALLED OVER-WING EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR WHILE WE WAIT FOR PARTS. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 52-21-00.
MAIN ENTRY DOOR AUTO SWITCH INSIDE AND OUT WORKS INTERMITTENTLY. MANUAL SWITCH ON OUTSIDE WORKS FINE. POWERED UP AIRCRAFT AND DUPLICATED SQUAWK, CHECKED GALLEY TOUCHSCREEN CONTROLLER AND FOUND ACTIVE FAULT "RDE 1 FAILED OR FAILED WIRING" RESET RDE 1 BREAKER, BUT FAULT RETURNED AS SOON AS DOOR SWITCH WAS TRIED, DID THIS SEVERAL TIMES WITH THE SAME RESULT. AFTER SOME TIME THE FAULT CLEARED BY IT SELF AND THE DOOR OPERATED NORMAL, BUT THEN A FEW MINUTES LATER RETURNED. 9PENED .9F BAGGAGE FLOORBOARDS AND ACCESSED ROE'S 1 & 3, SWAPPED ROE 1 AND ROE 3, POWERED UP AIRCRAFT , NO ROE FAULTS PRESENT AND DOOR WORKED NORMALLY, RETURNED ROE'S TO THEIR ORIGINAL POSITIONS REPLACED RDE NR 1, IAW GL 5000 GVFD MM CH 44-10-40. RDE NR 1 OPERATIONS CHECKS GOOD, MED SWITCHES OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD IN AUTO AND MANUAL CLOSED FLOOR BOARD.
NR 1 HYD PRESS LINE IS LOOSE AND WORN WERE IT PASSES THRU BRACKET COMING FROM ENGINE IN AFT SERVICE BAY. REMOVED NR 1 HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LINE P/N GD478-1102-11 AND NR 1 CASE DRAIN HYDRAULIC LINE P/N GD478-1103-5 SPM 20-22-00. REMOVED THE LT BRACKET ASSEMBLY P/N GD477-1670-5 IAW SRM 51-42-08. INSTALLED NEW LT BRACKET ASSY P/N GD477-1670-5 REF SRM 51-42-08. INSTALLED NEW NR 1 HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LINE P/N GD478-1102-11 IAW SB 700-29-5008 REV A AND DRAWING NUMBER PL KGC991-1578-3. RE-INSTALLED NR 1 CASE DRAIN HYDRAULIC LINE P/N GD478-1103-5 AND PERFORMED HYD SYSTEM NR 1 BLEED IAW MM 29-10-00 AND 29-12-09. COMPLIED WITH OPERATION TEST OF NR 1 HYDRAULIC MANIFOLD REF MM 29-12-09 OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER REPAIR OF THE RIGHT WINDSHIELD "HUMP SEAL" IN ACCORDANCE WITH MAINTENANCE MANUAL PROCEDURE, THE WINDSHIELD CRACKED. THE CRACK SLOWLY PROPAGATED ACROSS THE WINDSHIELD.
RIGHT MAIN INBOARD TIRE BLEW ON LANDING. 'UNCOMMANDED BRAKE' MESSAGE FOLLOWED BY ' BRAKE 50%DEGRADED' MESSAGE. TROUBLESHOT THE RT MLG NR 3 BRAKE MESSAGE IAW QMS IAW AMM 45-47-00. A GENERAL VISUAL INSPECTION WAS COMPLIED WITH IAW AMM 05-51-06. NO DEFECTS WHERE NOTED. RT MLG NR 3 & 4 BRAKE, AND AXLE HAD NO DEFECTS NOTED DURING THE MLG WHEEL ASSY REPLACEMENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BRAKE CONTROL UNIT IAW MM 32-43-01. PERFORMED AN OPS TEST OF THE BRAKE SYSTEM AND AUTOBRAKE ARMING SYSTEM IAW MM 32-43-00. PERFORMED AN OPS CHECK OF THE PARKING BRAKE SYSTEM IAW MM 32-44-00. ALL CHECKED GOOD.
DENT ON LT NOSE FUSELAGE SKIN LOCATED BETWEEN FS 185.00 & FS 193.00, 2" BELOW STRINGER 23. DENT IS .026"D X 2.75"L X 1.25"W.
