FOUND RH RECIC FAN MUFFLER TO BE SPLIT IN HALF. REMOVED AND REPLACED MUFFLER AND RAN PACKS. OPS CHECK LEAK CHECK SAT. NO SMELL OF SMOKE PRESENT. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.

FUEL LEAKING OUT OF WING DURING FLIGHT IN TURNS. MX R & R THE RT WING TANK CHECK VALVE AT RIB 19 IAW AMM 28-11-04 WITH LEAK CHECK SUCCESSFUL. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLIGHT 2126, THE CREW REPORTED MULTIPLE EICAS MESSAGES INCLUDING "TOO LOW TERRAIN" AND PULL UP CONTINUOUSLY AT FL360, "LANDING GEAR" AURAL WARNING AT FL290 AND WOULD NOT STOP WITH THRUST LEVERS BELOW 70 PERCENT. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER ONE RADAR ALTIMETER, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - THE CREW REPORTED THAT AFTER TAKEOFF FROM IAH HAD A STRONG SMELL LIKE RUBBER IN THE COCKPIT WITH NO VISUAL SIGN OF SMOKE, AND THE SMELL DISSIPATED AFTER FIVE MINUTES. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO CRW WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AFTER TAKEOFF FROM CRW, THE SMELL REPEATED WITH NO VISIBLE SMOKE, AND AGAIN DISSIPATED AFTER 5 MINUTES. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE PERFORMED FIM 21-200-810-801-A, REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 2 RECIRC FAN, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT 3082 - EWR - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED E1 FIRE DET FAIL MESSAGE RECEIVED TWICE ON CLIMBOUT IN ECLB SETTING. ALL ENGINES PARAMETERS REMAINED NORMAL. MESSAGE CLEARED AFTER 10 MIN AND NEVER CAME BACK. EWR MX CLEANED CONNECTOR P0914 AND PERFORMED FIRE DETECTION TEST SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLIGHT 2568, DURING CLIMB, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE F/O'S DV WINDOW SEAL POPPED OUT. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE DV WINDOW PROFILE SEAL, LEAK CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
RDU - FLIGHT 2178, DURING TAXI THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE APU GENERATOR DROPPED OFF LINE WITH AN ELECTRICAL ODOR IN THE COCKPIT. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE WHERE MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT, CHECKED THE ELECTRICAL WIRING, WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. MAINTENANCE PLACED THE APU ON MEL 49-00-00, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE STARTER GENERATOR, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
TYS - THE LAV SMOKE DETECTOR WAS INOP. RELEASED ON MEL. PLACARD NUMBER 199785, CAME BACK IN LATER AND MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE SMOKE DETECTOR IAW AMM26-14-01. OPS CHECK GOOD AND RELEASED, MEL CLEARED.
EWR FLT 2558 - THE CREW REPORTED DURING CLIMBOUT IN ICING CONDITIONS, RECEIVED A WING ANTI-ICE FAIL MESSAGE FOLLOWED BY ANTI-ICE INOPERATIVE. THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED INTO CLE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE LEFT WING ANTI-ICING LEAK THERMOSTAT. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.

YUL FLIGHT NR 2034 THE CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT AND CABIN. THEY ALSO REPORTED LOSE OF CAPTAINS MFD, PVD, AND EICAS. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO YUL AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 IC-600. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
