AFTER TAKEOFF, CARGO DOOR EICAS ILLIMINATED WITH THE CARGO DOOR SHOWING OPEN. ON LANDING, VISUALLY INSPECTED DOOR, IT WAS LOCKED & SECURE. POWERED ON & VERIFIED CARGO DOOR AMBER CAS MESSAGE PRESENT, WHILE BAGGAGE DOOR IS CLOSED & LOCKED. CYCLED THE DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES & THE CASS WOULD NOT DEACTIVATE. INTERROGATED OMS & FOUND BOTH CARGO DOOR SENSORS STATUS GOOD, BUT THE CARGO DOOR LOCKED PROXIMITY SENSOR SHOWED HANDLE NOT STOWED WHETHER IT WAS STOWED OR NOT. PROXIMITY SENSOR MT46 CONNECTION AT SPLICE SP702 GOOD. WHEN VERIFYING MT46 SENSOR CLEARANCE, THE CRANK ASSY WITH THE SENSOR TARGET WAS ABLE TO MOVE ALONG THE MOUNTING BOLT MOVING IN & OUT OF TOLERANCE. REMOVED THE VENT PUSHROD, COTTER PINS, & WASHERS FROM THE CRANK ASSY IAW AMM 52-31-01-000-801. INSTALLED THE PUSHROD, NEW WASHERS, & NEW COTTER PINS IAW AMM 52-31-01-400-801. VERIFIED CORRECT CLEARANCE TO THE TARGET IAW AMM 52-70-05-710-801. OPS TESTED IAW AMM 52-70-05-710-801 AND AMM 52-70-03-710-801. NO CARGO DOOR AMBER CAS MESSAGE. SYSTEM CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME.

NOTED LT & RT OB BRAKES NOT REACHING FULL 3000 PSI. INSPECTED BRAKES & NOTED HYD FLUID LEAK AT RT IB BRAKE FUSE. GAINED ACCESS TO RT IB BRAKE HYD FUSE. REMOVED FUSE. FOUND O-RINGS AT UNION DETEREORATED. REMOVED & REPLACED WITH NEW O-RINGS. INSTALLED HUD FUSE. LEAK CHECKED GOOD. BLED BRAKES. OPS CHECKED GOOD & NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 32-43-33.

LOOSE HARDWARE ON #2 ENGINE HYD PX LINE ALLOWED THE TROUGH-FITTING TO WEAR THE SUPPORT BRACKET THIN AND EXPAND THE HOLE IN THE BRACKET ASSEMBLY. - RESOLUTION: REMOVED & REPLACED HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LINE P/N GD478-1201-5 IAW GLOBAL 5000 M/M 29-12-09. RE-INSTALLED #2 HYDRAULIC SHUT OFF VALVE AND HYDRAULIC LINES ASSOCIATED WITH BRACKET P/N GD477-1703-9 IAW GLOBAL 5000 M/M 29-12-33. REMOVED & REPLACED #2 ENGINE HYD LINE SUPPORT BRACKET IAW GLOBAL 5000 SRM 51-42-08. P/N OFF GD477-1703-7 S/N UNK P/N ON GD477-1703-9 S/N PLF3344112. BLEED, LEAK, & OPS CHK GOOD OF #2 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM.

OK TO INSTALL OK TO CLOSE OPERATIONAL TEST, FUNCTIONAL TEST, LEAK TEST VERIFIED ALL MOUNTING HARDWARE FOR LT ENG SN 12145.

JACKED ACFT AND INSTALLED HYDR MULE. REMOVED DEFECTIVE SWITCH P/N MS24331-1, AND INSTALLED NEW CUSTOMER SUPPLIED SWITCH P/N MS24331-1, IAW MM 32-00-00 NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. REMOVED HYDR MULE AND REMOVED ACFT FROM JACKS.

DURING TAXI OUT, CREW PERFORMED TR CHECK. LT THRUST REVERSER DEPLOYED NORMALLY WITH APPROPRIATE ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT SEQUENCE. RT THRUST REVERSER COULD NOT BE VERIFIED TO DEPLOY AND ASSOCIATED LIGHTS ON RT PANEL DID NOT ILLUMINATE. RT THRUST REVERSER PIGGYBACK LEVER CLOSED AND RT ENGINE SPOOLED DOWN. RT ENGINE BOOST PUMP TURNED ON, AS WELL AS ALL THE ASSOCIATED ANNUNCIATOR LIGHTS FOR A RT ENGINE FAILURE. BLUE COLORED SMOKE WAS SEEN EMITTING FROM RT ENGINE BY GROUND CREW. INVESTIGATED AND FOUND THRUST REVERSER THROTTLE CONTROL LEVER HITTING THROTTLE LEVER BRACKET REPOSITION BRACKET. OPS CHECK SEVERAL TIME DURING TAXI OPS CHECKED GOOD WORK DONE IAW AMM 76-10-00.
