AFTER LANDING, BRAKE FAIL CAS MESSAGE AND BRAKES INEFFECTIVE. EMERGENCY BRAKE USED TO STOP.
FOUND TORQUE ON WINDSHIELD SCREW 1/4 TO 1/2 TURN LOOSE ON 40% OF SCREWS.
AFTER TOUCHDOWN, SPEED AND APPLYING BOTH BRAKE PEDALS WITH EQUAL PRESSURE, THE ACFT STARTED IMMEDIATELY VEERING QUICKLY TO THE LT OF THE RUNWAY. AFTER RELEASING PRESSURE FROM BOTH BRAKE PEDALS, THE BRK FAIL CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. NO BRAKES WERE AVAILABLE AFTER APPLICATION OF THE BRAKE PEDALS AT THAT TIME. PILOT THEN APPLIED THE EMER PARK BRK PROGRESSIVELY AND WAS SUCCESSFULLY ABLE TO DECELERATE THE ACFT USING THE RUNWAY LENGTH AVAILABLE.
ON REPOSITION FLIGHT, CREW HAD A HYD PUMP FAILURE. THIS ALSO CAUSED THE BRAKE FAILED CAS MESSAGE TO ILLUMINATE. THE CREW ELECTED TO FLY TO AIRPORT WHICH HAS A LONGER RUNWAY. ON ROLL OUT CREW USED EMEREGANCY BRAKES CAUSING RT MAIN TO FLAT SPOT AND LOOSE ALL AIRPRESSURE. INSTALLED NEW HYD PUMP AND 2 MAIN TIRES AND ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
