MESSAGES CLEARED AND DID NOT RETURN.

ALL WORK DONE WITH REFERENCE TO G5000-AMM-52-70-01-00, G5000- SPM-20-16-05. RETURNED AIRCRAFT BACK TO ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION

REMOVED AFT G HOOK PROX SWITCH MT43 SWITCH IS OK TO INSTALL INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW PROX SWITCH IAW GLOBAL 5000 GVFD AMM 52-70-01 PERFORMED RIGGING OF AFT G HOOK SWITCH MT43 IAW GLOBAL 5000 GVFD AMM 52-70 PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF PASSENGER DOOR WARNING SYSTEM 52·11-00.

RECORDED FAULT CODE 3231117EL. RESEARCHED SFP AND FOUND FAULT POINTING TO SENSOR MT43 AFT G HOOK PROX SWITCH. ACCESSED SWITCH AND CHECKED GAP (APPROX 0.030) AND CHECKS GOOD. NOTICED SENSOR HEAD HAD SOME METAL DEBRIS. CLEANED SENSOR AND TARGET. OPERATED DOOR SEVERAL TIMES AND NO FAULTS. REMOVED SPLICE AND CHECKED WIRING, CHECKS GOOD. RE SECURE SPLICES AND ACCESS PANELS. OPERATED DOOR SEVERAL MORE TIMES AND CHECKS GOOD. WORK DONE IN REF GL5000 MM 52-70-01. NO ADJUSTMENT OR RIGGING WAS PERFORMED ON MED

FOUND THAT THE WIRES WERE NOT LABELED CORRECTLY BUT ARE CONNECTED TO THE OUTLET CORRECTLY IAW WIRING DIAGRAM. REMOVED DEFECTIVE GFCI & INSTALLED NEW GFCI . OPS CHECKED GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 24-00-00.
