Maintenance disclosures
THE RH BRAKE FAILED AFTER LANDING. THE PILOT STATED THE BRAKE FELT FIRM. WE FOUND THE DISC ROTOR HAD SEPARATED FROM THE WHEEL ATTACHMENT PORTION OF THE DISC. I HAVE PICTURES.
DURING INITIAL CLIMBOUT, THE PILOT REPORTED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT COMING FROM UNDER THE GLARESHIELD AND RETURNED FROM THE DEPARTED RUNWAY. UPON INSPECTION, FOUND THE DIMMER CONTROL CIRCUIT CARD HAD FAILED SENDING SMOKE INTO THE PFD AND OUT THE TOP PFD VENT. NO OTHER WIRE(S) WAS DAMAGED OR SHORTED.
ROLL TRIM CARTRIDGE CAUSED AILERON NOT TO RETURN TO NEUTRAL POSITION. FLIGHT CONTROL WAS STILL MOVEABLE. WAS FOUND ON PREFLIGHT. BELIEVE DIRT ON ACTUATION ARM CAUSED THE PROBLEM.
DURING NORMAL OPERATION, ENGINE STARTED RUNNING ROUGH, PIC MADE A SAFE EMERGENCY LANDING AND INSPECTED THE ACFT. DURING INSPECTIN FOUND THE NR 6 FUEL INJECTOR LINE BROKEN WHICH CAUSED THE ENGINE TO RUN ROUGH.
