EMERGENCY LIGHTS WILL NOT STAY ON DURING PREFLIGHT TESTING. NO DEFECTS NOTED WITH EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE AFTER THE BATTERIES WERE CHARGED DURING THE FERRY FLIGHT FROM FYV TO MEM. (M)
