AFTER DEPARTING KBIH, NLG WOULD NOT RETRACT. EXTENDED GEAR TO LAND BACK AT KBIH, ONLY THE NOSE GEAR INDICATED DOWN AND LOCKED. THE LEFT AND RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR INDICATORS WERE NOT ILLUMINATED. THE FLIGHT CREW HAD THE TOWER VERIFY GEAR WAS DOWN. UPON LANDING, RH MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. MAINTENANCE SWUNG GEAR AND FOUND NO ISSUES DURING THESE CHECKS. AIRCRAFT HAD BEEN HELD BY NTSB FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION. ALTHOUGH AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RELEASED, NO FURTHER MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN PERFORMED OR PARTS ORDERED DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE AIRCRAFT IS STILL IN KBIH. NO PARTS HAVE BEEN CHANGED AT THIS TIME AND NO PART WAS DETERMINED TO HAVE CAUSED THE GEAR COLLAPSE.
ENROUTE, LANDING GEAR MOTOR RELAY CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED. WAITED UNTIL REACHING DESTINATION TO RESET CIRCUIT BREAKER. PLACED HANDLE IN DOWN POSITION AND CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED AGAIN AS WELL AS "HYD FLUID WARNING" LIGHT ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED MOMENTARILY, COULD NOT HEAR LANDING GEAR MOTOR AND DID NOT HAVE THREE GREEN LIGHTS ON LANDING GEAR POSITION INDICATOR LIGHTS. VERIFIED GEAR NOT DOWN USING EMERGENCY METHODS WHICH CONFIRMED GEAR WAS NOT DOWN. DIVERTED. BEFORE ARRIVING, MANUALLY EXTENDED LANDING GEAR USING EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION METHOD, VERIFIED THREE GREEN LIGHTS ON GEAR POSITION INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOT, MAINTENACE CHANGED MOTOR AND POWER PACK, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
SHORTLY AFTER DEPARTURE FROM KBYL THE PILOT REPORTED THAT HE OBSERVED OIL ON THE RIGHT ENGINE COWL. SHORTLY AFTER THIS OBSERVATION THE PILOT NOTED THAT THE RIGHT ENGINE TORQUE INDICATOR STARTED TO FLUCTUATE. THE PILOT PERFORMED AN INFLIGHT SHUT DOWN OF THE RIGHT ENGINE, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, RETURNED TO KBYL AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AMF SLC MAINTENANCE TRAVELED TO KBYL INSPECTED THE RIGHT ENGINE AND FOUND THE OIL PRESSURE HOSE TO THE TORQUE INDICATOR MANIFOLD HAD A CRACKED FLARE FITTING CAUSING THE OIL LEAK. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE HOSE ASSEMBLY. SERVICED THE ENGINE WITH OIL. GROUND RUN OPERATIONAL CHECK COMPLETED AND FOUND SATISFACTORY.
