FAR 135.415 REPORT. PILOT REPORTS "ON DECEMBER 21, 2020 WHILE ATTEMPTING TO LAND AT TED STEVENS AIRPORT. THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR SHOWED AN UNSAFE RED GEAR HANDLE WITH HORN AND THE LEFT MAIN GREEN INDICATION LIGHT WASN'T ILLUMINATED. I INFORMED THE ANCHORAGE CONTROL TOWER I'M HAVING A PROBLEM WENT AROUND AND WORKED THE PROBLEM. PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES TAKEN "PUMPED THE LANDING GEAR DOWN MANUALLY DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY". MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT AND LANDING GEAR AND FOUND THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOWNLOCK HOOKS BARELY ENGAGED ON THE PINS AND THE GEAR BAY HAD A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF SNOW ACCUMULATION, RIGHT MAIN GEAR BAY ALSO HAD SNOW ACCUMULATION BUT CONSIDERABLY LESS AND THE NOSE GEAR BAY HAD NO ACCUMULATION. AFTER ALLOWING THE SNOW TO MELT, LANDING GEAR AND BAYS WERE REINSPECTED AND FOUND LT BRAKE DEICE WIRES PULLED FROM CONNECTOR AND LT GEAR DOWNLOCK HOOK CLEVIS BOLT SLIGHTLY BENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND LH DOWN LOCK HOOK LINK ASSEMBLY CLEVIS BOLT SLIGHTLY BENT. REPLACED LH DRAG BRACE ASSEMBLY WHICH INCLUDED THE DOWN LOCK HOOK LINK ASSEMBLY AND CLEVIS BOLT. ALSO REPLACED LH MAIN GEAR ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY. PERFORMED MULTIPLE GEAR SWINGS ON GROUND WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS FOLLOWED BY A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WITH MULTIPLE CYCLES OF THE LANDING GEAR.

FAR 135.415 REPORT PILOT REPORTS "AFTER DEPARTURE TO ANCHORAGE, I HAD A GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT IN THE HANDLE. WHEN I LOWERED THE GEAR I COULD NOT GET THREE GREEN. THE GEAR MOTOR CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED OUT. I WAS ABLE TO PUMP THE GEAR DOWN AND HAD THREE GREEN PRIOR TO LANDING IN PANC. PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES TAKEN: PILOT REPORTS "STANDARD CHECKLISTS FOR THE AIRCRAFT AND I DECLARED AN EMERGENCY PRIOR TO LANDING IN ANCHORAGE. MAINTENANCE FOUND ON ARRIVAL THE LANDING GEAR BAYS WERE PACKED WITH A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF SNOW. AFTER ALLOWING SOME OF THE SNOW TO MELT IN THE HANGER, MAINTENANCE REMOVED REMAINING SNOW BY HAND. PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF LANDING GEAR, LANDING GEAR BAYS AS WELL AS ADJACENT PLUMBING AND WIRING. LUBRICATED GEAR AND PERFORMED NORMAL GEAR SWINGS, AS WELL AS, EMERGENCY EXTENSIONS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT.

FAR 135.415 REPORT. PILOT REPORTS "NORMAL DEPARTURE. CLIMBING OUT OF 10000 RIGHT ENGINE TORQUE REDUCED TO 1400 ON IT'S OWN. FUEL FLOW INCREASED TO 450. RETURNED TO PAFA WITH NORMAL LANDING". DURING INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE FOUND EVIDENCE OF RT ENGINE FUEL LEAK AND DETERMINED IT ORIGINATED AT OR AROUND THE FUEL FLOW DIVIDER. REPLACED FLOW DIVIDER AND ASSOCIATED TRANSFER TUBE O-RINGS. LEAK AND OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT.

MAINTENANCE INSPECTED LANDING GEAR SYSTEM AND COMPLETED LANDING GEAR FUNCTIONAL CHECK AND A SUBSTANTIAL NUMBER OF GEAR EXTENSION AND RETRACTION CYCLES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED HYD. SYSTEM BLEEDING AND REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL HANDLE/SWITCH ASSY., REPLACED LANDING GEAR RELAY CIRCUIT BREAKER AND LANDING GEAR SERVICE VALVE. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR FUNCTIONAL CHECK AND A CONSIDERABLE NUMBER OF ADDITIONAL EXTENSION AND RETRACTIONS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT.

FAR 135.415 REPORT. PILOT REPORTS "THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT EXTEND WHEN THE GEAR HANDLE WAS LOWERED ON APPROACH INTO KALTAG. THE LANDING GEAR RELAY CB POPPED. WE TERMINATED THE APPROACH AND RETURNED TO FAIRBANKS. I RESET THE CB AND TRIED TO LOWER THE GEAR ON FINAL APPROACH AT FAIRBANKS. THE GEAR DID NOT EXTEND AND THE LANDING GEAR CB POPPED AGAIN. I REFERENCED THE CHECKLIST AND EXTENDED THE GEAR MANUALLY. OBTAINED THREE GEAR DOWN INDICATIONS AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY". MAINTENANCE PERFORMED AN INSPECTION OF THE LANDING GEAR SYSTEM AND WAS ABLE TO CONFIRM THE DISCREPANCY WHEN ATTEMPTING TO SWING THE LANDING GEAR NORMALLY. TROUBLESHOT DOWN TO THE LANDING GEAR HYDRAULIC MOTOR AND POWER PACK. REPLACED HYDRAULIC MOTOR AND POWER PACK, COMPLETED MULTIPLE GEAR SWINGS AND SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT.
