THE CREW SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE, AND THE LIGHT WOULD INTERMITTENTLY ILLUMINATE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE OVERHEAT DETECTORS IN THE RIGHT AFT FAIRING. ALL CHECKS SATISFACTORY. (M)
ACT - FLT 3906 - FORWARD EMERGENCY SIGN LIGHTS INOPERABLE. FOUND ON CREW PREFLIGHT INSPECTION. REPLACED BATTERY PACK. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (X)
DFW - FLT 3537 - SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, AIRCRAFT HAD A COMPLETE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAILURE. CREW PUMPED GEAR DOWN AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE SWIVEL FITTING ON THE RT MAIN GEAR FAILED. REPLACED FITTING, OPS CHECK GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (X)

DFW - FLT 3539 - DURING TAKEOFF, THE RIGHT ENGINE PROPELLER RPM INDICATOR DROPPED TO ZERO. TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE. THE INDICATOR WAS REPLACED WITH A SATISFACTORY GROUND RUN PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (X)
ORD - WHEEL ASSY WAS REMOVED FROM AIRCRAFT IN ORD AND SENT TO WHEEL SHOP. THE WHEEL ASSY HAS 11 INCHES OF INNER FLANGE BROKEN OFF OF WHEEL INNER ASSY. THE INNER WHEEL ASSY HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM SERVICE. (W)
