THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE OXYGEN PRESSURE DROPPED 370PSI IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR. THE CREW OXYGEN INDICATOR WAS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE, THE O2 CAPILLARY LINE FROM THE INDICATOR WAS CAPPED AND OPERATIONS WERE CONTINUED PER MEL 35-11-00-2A. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM REPLACED THE CREW OXYGEN GAUGE WITH A NEW UNIT. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE BASE MAINTENANCE TEAM FOUND DURING THE POST FLIGHT CHECKS AN "APU UNDERSPEED" MESSAGE IN CMC. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE APU BLEED AIR CHECK VALVE REQUIRED CLEANING. THE CHECK VALVE WAS REMOVED AND CLEANED THEN REINSTALLED. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE BAGGAGE COMP LIGHT AND EICAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. THE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE CREW DISCHARGED THE BAGGAGE FIRE BOTTLE. BAGGAGE SMOKE LIGHT AND EICAS MESSAGE EXTINGUISHED. THE BASE MAINTENANCE TEAM INSPECTED THE BAGGAGE AREA, NO EVIDENCE OF SMOKE OR FIRE DAMAGE FOUND. REMOVED THE FWD AND AFT SMOKE DETECTORS, PERFORMED RESTORATION AND REINSTALLED, PERFORMED OPS CHECKS AND NO DEFECTS NOTED. REPLACED THE SPENT FIRE BOTTLE AND SENT OUT FOR REPAIR. REINSTALLED BOTTLE AFTER SERVICE. NO DEFECTS NOTED, AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT PRIOR TO TAXI THE 3 LEFT DISPLAY SCREENS ALL DISPLAYED RED X. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM DETERMINE THE IC-600 CARD WAS DEFECTIVE. THE CARD WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A REPAIRED CARD. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE BASE MAINTENANCE TEAM DISCOVERED UPON POST FLIGHT INSPECTION, THE NO1 ENGINE HAD A STEADY FUEL DRIP FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE ENGINE NACELLE DRAIN TUBE. DRIP WAS REPORTED A STEADY 3-5 DROPS PER SECOND. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR DETERMINED THAT THE NO1 ENGINE METERING UNIT AND FUEL PUMP (FPMU) WAS LEAKING THUS CAUSING IT TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW FPMU UNIT. RUNUP OPS LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED OF A "GEN 1 BEARING FAIL" ADVISORY MESSAGE DISPLAYED ON THE EICAS SYSTEM. OPERATIONS WERE CONTINUED PER MEL. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR DETERMINED THE LEFT OUTBOARD POWER UNIT WAS DEFECTIVE AND WAS REPLACED WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT. GROUND RUNS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE MAINTENANCE TEAM REPORTED THAT THE LEFT INBOARD BRAKE TEMP WAS FOUND INOP. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE BRAKE TEMP SENSOR WAS FOUND DEFECTIVE. THE FAULTY TEMP SENSOR WAS REMOVED AND A NEW UNIT WAS INSTALLED. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED RECEIVING AN AUTO-PILOT AND YAW DAMPENER FAIL MESSAGE; NEITHER WOULD ENGAGE. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT DETERMINED THE ELEVATOR ACTUATOR SERVO WAS DEFECTIVE. THE DEFECTIVE SERVO ACTUATOR AND INSTALLED AN OVERHAULED UNIT. FUNCTIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING FLIGHT THE GEN 2 BEARING FAIL EICAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR DETERMINED THAT NO2 DC GEN WAS DEFECTIVE. THE DEFECTIVE DC GEN WAS REMOVED AND AN OVERHAULED GEN WAS INSTALLED. GROUND RUNS AND OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT THEN WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
