DURING HEAVY MX, FOUND LOWER BELLY SKIN, CORRODED IN SEVERAL SPOTS. SKIN WAS REPLACED.
DENT ON ENTRY DOOR SKIN NEAR OPERATING LEVER WAS REPAIRED IAW SRM 52-10-01.
INBOARD FLAPS CONTROL FAULT FROM 15 DEGREES TO 0 DEGREES WHEN RETRACTING THEM. REPAIRED ENVIRONMENTAL SPLICE AT LEFT I/B FLAP ACTUATOR CANNON PLUG. INSPECTED WIRING AT CANNON PLUGS AND FCU. FOUND LEFT INBOARD FLAP ACTUATOR BAD. REPLACED LEFT FLAP ACTUATOR (I/B) WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT. CYCLED 10 TIMES. OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
ON DEPARTURE FROM SFO, LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. ALL GREEN REMAINED ILLUMINATED & ALL REDS EXCEPT RIGHT A WERE ILLUMINATED W/GEAR HANDLE IN UP POSITION. CYCLED GEAR - SAME RESULTS. RETURNED TO SFO. PERFORMED GEAR SWING. OPS CHECKED GOOD BUT NOTICED RIGHT MAIN RED -A- LIGHT FLICKERS. SWAPPED RT MAIN UPLOCK A & B CONNECTORS PER SNL 120-32-0015 AND DEFERRED RED -B- SYS. SWAPPED HARNESSES BACK TO ORIGINAL POSITION, RIGHT UPLOCK AND REPLACED -A- HARNESS WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT. SWUNG GEAR SEVERAL TIMES. OPS CHECK GOOD.

ON APPROACH TO SEA THE ''EMERGENCY BUS OFF" LIGHT ON OVERHEAD PANEL LIGHT CAME ON, AND ON THE MAP PANEL THE AMBER APU, ELECTRIC, POWER OFF, DEICE AND BRAKES LIGHTS CAME ON. FOLLOWED QRH PROCEDURE TO AFM 3-8 PROCEDURE - EMERGENCY DC BUS FAILED.RESET EMERGENCY DC BUS 2 CB 0470. ALL SYSTEMS CHECK GOOD.
FOUND BADLY DAMAGED WIRES IN LEFT WING TANK NEAR LAST UNDERWING PANEL. REMOVED WIRE HARNESS AND INSTALLED SERVICEABLE ASSEMBLY IAW EMB 120 MM 20-20-00. PN ON 50040-000-01.
POWER LEVER SPLIT OF 2 INCHES ON T/O, ABORTED. TRIED STATIC EVERYTHING WORKED. TOOK OFF, LEFT EEC FAILED. DEFERRED PER MEL 73-21-1. CLEANED OIL FROM LEFT SIGNAL CONDITIONER CANNON PLUGS. REPAIRED AUXILIARY GENERATOR DRAIN LINE. OPS CHECKS GOOD. CONDUCTED TRIM CHECK TRIM GOOD IAW EMB MM 73-21-00.
FLAP ASSYMETRY INDICATION OUTBOARD SECTION ON APPROACH. AIRCRAFT REMAINED CONTROLLABLE, LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. FOUND ANTI-ICING FLUID IN RIGHT OUTBOARD FLAP ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR. CLEANED CONNECTOR. CYCLED FLAPS NUMEROUS TIMES. GROUND OPS CHECK GOOD.
ON TAKE OFF ROLL WE RECIEVED AN AUTO FEATHER WARNING. ABORTED AND RETURNED TO GATE. MAINTENANCE COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM, SYSTEM CHECK GOOD.
PART OF FLOOR LEVEL EMERGENCY LIGHTS WILL NOT ILLUMINATE. REMOVED AND REPLACED BAD FUSE. OPS CHECK GOOD 33-00-00.
OUTBOARD FLAPS STUCK IN FLAPS 25 POSITION WITH ALL OTHER FLAPS IN THE UP POSITION. REPLACED FLAP COMPUTER IAW EMB120 MM 27-50-06. ALSO, REPLACED ANNUNCIATOR PANEL IAW 27-50-04. OPS CHECK GOOD. P/N FLAP COMP: 307-500-101, S/N ON: 0156, P/N ANNUN PANEL: 347100-1001, S/N ON: 0190.
ON APPROACH AILERONS WERE BINDING WHEN DEFLECTED RIGHT OR LEFT. FOUND SCREW TRAPPED BETWEEN INNER AILERON AND WING SURFACE, INNER ROOT OF LEFT AILERON. REMOVED SCREW, INSPECTED AFFECTED AREA, NO DAMAGE FOUND. FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF AILERON TRAVEL OK ON GROUND. EXAMINED ENTIRE WING AREA NO EVIDENCE OF MISSING SCREW.
I/B LEFT STABILIZER DEICE LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT, LIGHT CAME ON TIMERS 1 AND 2 AND REMAINED ON WITH SWTICH OFF. RETURNED TO PDX. REPLACED I/B LEFT STABILIZER PRESSURE SWITCH IAW MM 30, OPS CHECKS GOOD. (S/N N122) ON, (S/N L216) OFF.
LEFT ENGINE INLET FAILED IN FLIGHT. RETURNED TO PDX. FOUND LEFT ENGINE INLET FLEX LINE COLLAPSED. INSTALLED NEW SERVICEABLE FLEX LINE IAW MM 30-00-00, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
AFTER DEPARTURE AND ON CLIMBOUT NP OSCILLATES BETWEEN 99.2 PERCENT AND 1001 PERCENT. WHEN 85 PERCENT NP WAS SET, OSCILLATIONS WERE +.4 PERCENT. RIGHT ENGINE NP FLUCTUATIONS ARE STILL WITHIN ACCEPTABLE LIMITS AT THIS TIME PER EMBRAER OPERATIONAL BULLETIN 120-003/92. (NP FLUXUATIONS OF +/- 1 PERCENT ARE ACCEPTABLE.) OPERATIONAL TEST FLIGHT CONFIRMS NP FLUCTUATIONS WITHIN LIMITS.
LEFT OUTBOARD FLAP DISAGREEMENT WOULD NOT RETRACT. RETURNED TO SEA. RESET FLAP CONTROL PANEL AND CLEANED AND LUBED FLAP TRACKS, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
ON FLAP RETRACTION AFTER DEPARTURE INBOARD FLAPS DID NOT RETRACT AND ASYMMETRY LIGHT ON FLAP PANEL ILLUMINATED. RETURNED TO PDX. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT INBOARD FLAP ACTUATOR IAW MM 27-50-7. OPS AND LEAKS CHECKS GOOD.

DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION, FOUND COMPRESSOR BLADE DAMAGE ON RT ENGINE. REPLACED ENGINE.
ROUTINE INSPECTION, FOUND A SMALL HOLE CHAFED THROUGH THE INBOARD END CLOSING RIB OF THE RIGHT NACELLE FLAP. A SHEET METAL DOUBLER REPAIR WAS FABRICATED AND INSTALLED PER AERODESIGN REPORT NR 1538-1, REV IR, DATED 5-23-95.
GREEN SYSTEM HYDRAULIC FLUID QUANTITY FELL TO ZERO DURING FLIGHT. REPLACED LEAKING DOOR ACTUATOR LINE ON LT MLG.
THE FOLLOWING P/N WING SKIN SUPPORTS WERE FOUND CRACKED DURING INSPECTION TASK 5720-551/651-01I AND 5720-552/652-01I. THE SKIN SUPPORTS WERE REPAIRED IAW AERODESIGN REPORT 1327-2. P/N 120-17056-013, 2 EA, 120-17056-007, 2 EA, 120-17062-013, 1 EA, 120-17060-007, 1 EA, 120-17063-009, 2 EA.
RT ENGINE NP FLUCTUATED BETWEEN 97 AND 102 PERCENT. ALL OTHER ENGINE PARAMETERS WERE NORMAL. REPLACED THE RT PROPELLER PITCH CONTROL UNIT.
