FLIGHT 3122 - EWR - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED AHRS NR 2 FAIL IN FLIGHT. CREW PERFORMED AIR RETURN AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. EWR MX REMOVED AND REPLACED AHRS COMPUTER NR 2 AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.

FLIGHT 6102 - ABE -FLIGHT CREW REPORTED LAV SMOKE DET INOP / LAV SMOKE INDICATION ON EICAS COULD NOT BE CANCELLED. PLACED IN MEL. IAD MX CLEANED SMOKE DETECTOR SCREEN AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
ORD FLT 6103 THE CREW REPORTED A LAV SMOKE MESSAGE. THE SYSTEM WAS RESET AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
CVG - PRIOR TO PUSHBACK ON FLIGHT 5879 THE CREW REPORTED A LAV SMOKE MESSAGE AND ALARM BELL WITH NO SMOKE PRESENT. MAINTENANCE RESET THE SYSTEM, PERFORMED OPS CHECKS OF THE LAV SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAD FLT 6143 THE CREW REPORTED NR 1 LP VIBRATION ABNORMAL INDICATION AFTER TAKEOFF. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR1 ENGINE FRONT FRAME VIBRATION SENSOR. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
FLIGHT 6143 - IAD - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED ABNORMAL VIBRATION INDICATION ON ENG NR 1 AFTER TAKEOFF - ALL OTHER INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. CREW PERFORMED AIR RETURN AND LANDED SAFELY. IAD MX REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 ENG ACCELEROMETER AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
SUPPLEMENT CORRECTION TO SDR C2XA10CL141. USED INCORRECT NUMBER. IAD FLT 5953 THE CREW REPORTED A LANDING GEAR LEVER DISAGREE WARNING ON THE EICAS AFTER GEAR RETRACTION. CYCLED THE GEAR AND THE MESSAGE RETURNED. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND PERFORMED GEAR OPERATIONAL CHECKS AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM BUT CHANGED THE RT GEAR UPLOCK BOX AND PROXIMITY SWITCHES FOR PRECAUTIONARY REASONS. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
ORD FLT 5673 THE CREW REPORTED A BLEED 1 LEAK ON THE ECIAS. THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED INTO CLE AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE AFT CLAMP ON THE NR 1 PRECOOLER. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
IAH - DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDEWALL PANELS WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER THREE EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS. AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH-DURING MX INSPECTION THE RT FORWARD EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MX R&R THE NR 2 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY, OPS TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, SEVERAL EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE AND THE NUMBER THREE EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK WAS WEAK. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER THREE EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
MCI - DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, SEVERAL EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE AND THE NUMBER FOUR EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK WAS WEAK. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER FOUR EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
