MAINTENANCE INSPECTED, AND DEACTIVATED THE AFFECTED LIGHT CIRCUIT, REMOVED THE AFFECTED LIGHT BULB AND APPROVED THE ACFT FOR FERRY FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE R & R THE WIRING HARNESS, REACTIVATED THE CIRCUITS, OPS TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING 1A INSPECTION, THE LT AFT FUSELAGE SKIN WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED AT A RIVET ON FRAME 78, 1 RIVET BELOW STRINGER 06L. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE DAMAGE AND INSTALLED A BUSHING REPAIR IAW DER APPROVED ETD2014-145-050302, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

NR 1 HYD PUMP FAILED AND LOST ALL HYD FLUID IN FLIGHT. R & R NR 1 ENGINE DRIVEN HYD PUMP IAW AMM 29-10-03, LEAK AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
CAE - FLIGHT 2622, DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION THE CREW REPORTED A BURNING SMELL COMING FROM THE LAV SINK. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND PLACED THE DRAIN HEATER ON MEL, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. MAINTENANCE RESET THE DRAIN HEATER CIRCUIT BREAKER INSPECTED THE LAV SINK AREA AND POTABLE WATER SYSTEM, VERIFIED OPERATION OF THE HEATED NIPPLES, COULD NOT DUPLICATE ANY BURNING ODOR, REMOVED THE MEL, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
MCI - FLT 2484 THE CREW REPORTED A NR 1 ENGINE FIRE DETECT FAIL MESSAGE ON TAXI OUT. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 ENGINE FIRE DETECTOR. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
FLIGHT 2205 - EWR - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED MAIN CABIN DOOR HARD TO OPEN. EWR MX RE-ALIGNED AND RESECURED MAIN CABIN DOOR INTERNAL HANDLE AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
CLE - DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, AN OIL HAZE IN THE CABIN WAS REPORTED WITH 31 ENGINE HIGH OIL PRESSURE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER ONE ENGINE, OPERATIONALLY AND LEAK CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
SHV - DURING C-CHECK LT OMEGA BEAM FROM FRAME 18-23 HAS CORROSION (LEVEL 3 LOCAL). MAINTENANCE REPAIRED LT OMEGA BEAM AT FRAMES 18-23 IAW EMB-145 SRM 53-00-10. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT NR 2022, THE CREW REPORTED A ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL AND BURNED RUBBER SMELL AFTER CLIMBOUT. THE ACFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MX INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR1 AIR CYCLE MACHINE. OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD.
IAH - FLIGHT 2240, THE CREW REPORTED A HYD 1 LOW QUANTITY IN CLIMB. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE TIGHTENED A LOOSE B-NUT ON THE ELBOW SWIVEL ADAPTER 90 DEGREE BEHIND THE LEFT HYD SERVICE PANEL, SERVICED THE HYDRAULICS, OPERATIONAL; AND LEAK CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLIGHT 2166, THE CREW REPORTED A BURNING ODOR IN THE CABIN NEAR ROW 12. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WITH NO INCIDENTS. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT, REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LAMP AT ROW 12BC, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS. AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
