WE ARE CURRENTLY WAITING ON MAINTENANCE SUPPORT. TECH SIGN OFF STATED THAT NLG FAILED TO INDICATE UP. DISCOVERED NLG STRUT NOT FULLY EXTENDING. REBUILT NOSE STRUT IAW CMM 32-20-05, ALL LEAK AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY.

AFTER DEPARTURE FROM KEGE TO KIFP, THE CREW NOTICED HYDRAULIC FLUID COMING FROM UNDER THECENTER PEDESTAL AND SOAKING INTO THE CARPET. THE CREW DIVERTED TO KAPA AND ATC DECLARED ANEMERGENCY ON BEHALF OF THE CREW. ON LANDING THEY ALSO SAW HYDRAULIC FLUID IN THE NLG BAY. TECHNICIANS REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE, P/N ON/OFF 960.30.01.274, S/N OFF 0769C, S/N ON 0825C IAW AMM 12-B-32-30-03-00A-902A-A, LEAK AND OPERATIONAL TESTS PERFORMED SATISFACTORY.

DURING CRUISE, THE FLIGHT CREW ENCOUNTERED AND REPORTED " ENGINE CHIP CAS IN FLIGHT". THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED AND MADE AN UNSCHEDULED LANDING. THE CONTROL TOWER DECLARED THE DIVERSION AN EMERGENCY. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY WITHOUT INCIDENT. WORKED THE AIRCRAFT, FOLLOWING THE MANUFACTURER EMM CHIP DETECTOR AND OIL FILTER MAINTENANCE PRACTICES 79-20-02 AND 72-00-00 UNSCHEDULED INSPECTIONS AND FAULT ISOLATION PROCEDURES. THE AIRCRAFT/ENGINE WAS FOUND AIRWORTHY AND RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.

AFTER DEPARTING, THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED A BURNING OIL ODOR DURING CLIMB, AFTER LANDING, THE ODOR ALSO ON FRONT LEFT SIDE OF AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED BACK TO DEPARTURE AND LANDED SAFELY. CLEANED AND INSPECTED THE NR 1 AND 2 GENERATOR DRAINS FOR SIGNS OF OIL LEAKING, NONE NOTED AT THIS TIME. DRAINED ENVIRONMENTAL CAN TO INSPECT FOR AN UNUSUAL QUANTITY, NO ABNORMALITIES NOTED. BORESCOPED THROUGH INLET SCREEN TO CHECK THE NR 1 BEARING LEAK POINTS IAW EMM 72-20-00, NONE NOTED AT THIS TIME. PERFORMED A 12 MIN LEAK CHECK RUN AND TEST 7 PERFORMANCE RUN IAW AMM 12-B-71-00-00-00A-903H-A. ALL PARAMETERS ARE WELL WITHIN LIMITS, NO LEAKS OR DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME IAW AMM 12-B-71-00-00-00A-903U-A,TEST 20.
