LEFT AND RIGHT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 4 EMERGENCY BATTERY CHARGER IAW AMM 33-50-04. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.

THE CREW REPORTED CLIMBING OUT THROUGH 6000 FT, THEY SMELLED A FOUL ODOR AND RECEIVED A PITCH TRIM MAIN FAIL MESSAGE. NONE OF THE TRIM SWITCHES WOULD WORK. PITCH TRIM BREAKER POPPED AND SMELL WENT AWAY. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPAIRED BURNED PITCH TRIM WIRES ON THE CAPTAINS YOKE AND REPLACED THE PITCH TRIM SWITCH.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE THE AFT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 4 EMERGENCY BATTERY POWER SUPPLY. OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED AN OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE R & R THE AFFECTED EMERGENCY LIGHT CHARGER ASSY, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE THE CABIN FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE FROM ROW 18 TO ROW 24. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY AND NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY POWER SUPPLY. OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE ALL OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS THAT OPERATE OFF OF BATTERY NR 4 WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE R & R THE NR 4 BATTERY PACK, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

MX INSPECTED AND FOUND EVIDENCE OF INGESTED BIRD IN NR 1 ENGINE. PERFORMED BORESCOPE AND BIRD STRIKE INSPECTION, NO DEFECTS NOTED. MX COULD NOT DUPLICATE OIL/ELECTRICAL ODOR ANYWHRE IN CABIN. PERFORMED GROUND POWER RUNS OF NR 1 AND NR 2 ENGINES WITH NO FURTHER ODOR. ACFT APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
LIQUID VAPOR WAS REPORTED TO BE TRAILING OFF THROUGH RT WING AFTER TAKEOFF BY FLIGHT ATTENDANT. MX R & R THE RT WING OTBD FLAPPER VALVE WITH LEAK CHECK GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

CLE FLIGHT 2351 - CREW REPORTED BOTH ENGINE BLEEDS CLOSED ADVISORY MESSAGE AND BOTH PACKS CLOSED, ADVISORY MESSAGE ON EICAS AFTER TAKEOFF. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO CLE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED TWO PACK COUPLINGS FOR PACK NR 1 AND ONE COUPLING FOR PACK NR 2. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

MAINTENANCE REPAIRED WIRES W407-14-20 AND W407-13-20 IAW EMB 145 SPWM 20-21-00 WITH REF TO EMB 145 MM 36-11-51. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD 26-10-00. A/C WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

MAINTENANCE REAMED BOTH SIDES OF VERTICAL STAB AND REPLACED NEW BUSHINGS IAW EMB 145 SRM 55-30-02. ALL WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND WAS RELEASED AT THE END OF THE CHECK.

DURING CLIMB THROUGH 15,000 FT, THE CREW REPORTED THE ODOR OF SMOKE IN THE CABIN AND FLIGHT DECK. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT. ENGINE RUNS WERE PERFORMED OPERATING THE PRESSURIZATION, AIR CONDITIONING, AND BLEED SYSTEMS AND THE ODOR COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS TEST FLOWN SATISFACTORILY WITH NO ODOR OF SMOKE IN THE CABIN OR FLIGHT DECK.
DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION ON OVERNIGHT, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE SERVICE DOOR EMERGENCY LIGHT TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED LAMP AT SERVICE DOOR EMERGENCY LIGHT IAW EMB145 MM 33-50-10. OPS.CHECKED GOOD.
CLE FLIGHT 2863 THE CREW REPORTED THE AFT CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LAMP IN THE AFT EMERGENCY LIGHT.OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
THE CREW REPORTED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN THE CABIN WERE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE EMERGENCY AISLE PATH LIGHT STRIP. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE THE LEFT AND RIGHT UPPER EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE.MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE #4 BATTERY POWER SUPPLY.OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
