DURING MX INSPECTION THE LH AND RH OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED #4 EMERGENCY BATTERY TRAY WITH OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. A/C WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE 4/20/20.
DURING MX INSPECTION THE EXIT AISLE PATH LIGHTING FROM ROW 8 TO 11 WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. ALSO EXIT ROW 18 UPPER AND LOWER SIDEWALL SIGNS INOP AND ROW 18 AFT CEILING EXIT SIGN INOP. MX PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS WITH OPS CHECK GOOD. A/C WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE 4/20/20.
IAH - FLIGHT 4360, THE CREW REPORTED THAT AT APPROXIMATELY 800FT AND 240KIAS THE NOSE LANDING GEAR DOORS OPENED WITH THE GEAR SELECTPOR IN THE UP POSITION. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND REMOVED AND REPLACED THE #2 UPLOCK HARNESS, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFCECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING OVER WING AND AISLE LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE #4 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
DURING MX THE OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE INOP. MX R&R #4 EMERGENCY BATTERY TRAY WITH OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. A/C WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MX THE MAIN DOOR AND COCKPIT EMERGENCY LIGHTS DID NOT WORK. MX R&R THE #1 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY WITH OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. A/C WAS APPROVED FOR RETURNED TO SERVICE.
PILOT REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOP FROM ROW 7 AND AFT.MX REMOVED AND REPLACED #1, #3, AND #4 EMERGENCY BATTERIES WITH OPS CHECK GOOD. A/C WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
NR 2 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK INOPERATIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK IN ACCORDANCE WITH AMM 33-50-04. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
DURING "C" CHECK, A DENT WAS FOUND AT FRAME 5 AND STRINGER 5R AS A RESULT OF INSPECTION. COMPLETED FILLER AND DOUBLER REPAIR FOR DAMAGED AREA AT FRAME 5 AND STRINGER 5R IN ACCORDANCE WITH ETD 2018-145-072142 REV 1.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN AFT CABIN DO NOT ILLUMINATE. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 3 AND NR 4 BATTERY PACKS IN ACCORDANCE WITH AMM 33-50-04. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
TYS A/C IS IN C-CHECK WHEN INSPECTION FOUND SKIN CRACKED AROUND HOLES UNDER THE RAD NR 2 FRAME 69. MAINTENANCE INSTALLED A REPAIR TO THE FUSELAGE SKIN AFT OF THE RAD ANTENNA IAW SRM 53-00-08. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE CHECK.
A/C IS IN C-CHECK WHEN INSPECTION FOUND THE CENTER OMEGA BEAM AT FRAME 20WITH AN AREA OF CORROSION. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE AREA OF CORROSION USING A NEW PART AT FRAME 20 IAW SRM53-21-10. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE CHECK.
DURING "C" CHECK, A BUCKLE WAS FOUND AT FRAME 3, FORWARD OF THE BATTERY DOOR AS A RESULT OF INSPECTION. REMOVED DAMAGED AREA AND INSTALLED DOUBLER REPAIR IN ACCORDANCE WITH ETD 2018-145-072142.
DURING A PREFLIGHT INSPECTION, THE AISLE EMERGENCY LIGHT STRIPS 2 & 3 WERE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 2 EMERGENCY LIGHT INVERTER. OPS TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING C-CHECK FRAME 68 CRACKED AT CARGO DOOR HOLD OPEN CUP. REPAIRED FRAME 68 IAW EC 5330-03083. ACFT APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

CREW REPORTED NR 2 PACK VALVE CLOSED IN FLIGHT, UNABLE TO RESET AND HAD A BURNING ODOR. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 2 ACM. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING C-CHECK, RT AILERON OTBD PCA LUG INBD HAT BUSHING MIGRATED. MAINTENANCE R & R BRACKET IAW EC5750-01177. ACFT APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED INFLIGHT THE COFFEE POT SMOKED AND SMELLED OF BURNED POPCORN. THE COFFEEMAKER WAS IMMEDIATELY TURNED OFF. THE COFFEE MAKERS WERE PLACED ON MEL/NEF. MX INSPECTED AND PERFORMED OPS CHECKS AND FOUND NO DEFECTS WERE FOUND. THE ACFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED ODOR COMING FROM PACK 1 WHEN ENGINE BLEEDS WERE SELECTED. MX INSPECTED AND PERFORMED OPS CHECKS OF PACK 1, ENGINE BLEED 1. NO DEFECTS WERE FOUND. THE ACFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
FLIGHT 4210, CREW REPORTED A MILD ODOR OF FUMES IN CABIN AND COCKPIT INFLIGHT WHICH MADE A PASSENGER SICK. MX RAN BOTH ENGINES AND PACK SYS AND PERFORMED OPS CHECKS SUCCESSFULLY. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE ODOR. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

DENT BELOW CARGO DOOR BUMPER PLATE. CUT OUT CREASED AREA AND RECONTURED DENT. FABRICATED FILLER AND DOUBLER. ALODINED, PRIMED AND PAINTED FILLER AND DOUBLER. INSTALLED FILLER AND DOUBLER AND APPLIED SEALANT.
CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN CABIN IN FLIGHT. MX R & R NR 2 AHRS FAN FOR OVERHEATING AND INOPERATIVE IAW AMM 34-21-03 WITH OPS CHECK SUCCESSFUL. ACFT APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
CLE - FLT 4281 THE CREW REPORTED AFTER LANDING INITIAL BRAKING WAS GOOD THEN A LOSS OF BRAKING, RECEIVED A BRAKE DEGRADE MESSAGE THEN WENT AWAY. BRAKE TEMP WAS HIGH ON THE INBOARD BRAKES. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE BRAKE CONTROL UNIT. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
FLIGHT 2312 - EWR - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED LG AIR/GND FAIL IN FLIGHT AND ON GROUND AFTER LANDING. EWR MX RE-SECURED LOOSE CONNECTOR FOR RIGHT GEAR WOW PROX SWITCH AND PERFORMED EXTENSION AND RETRACTION OF LANDING GEAR - OPS CHECK GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
CLE FLT 6014 - THE CREW REPORTED THE LEFT AND RIGHT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY CHARGER.OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.

CLE FLT 2038 THE CREW REPORTED THE EMERGENCY AISLE PATH LIGHTING AT ROW 4 THRU 6 WERE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND RE-SECURED A LOOSE CONNECTOR AND THE LIGHT STRIP. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
IAH - FLIGHT 3086 - DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION THE CREW REPORTED A FLOOR LEVEL EMERGENCY LIGHT HAD ONE SECTION NOT ILLUMINATING. MAINTENANCE VERIFIED NORMAL OPERATION OF THE FLOOR LEVEL LIGHTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

MCI - DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION AISLE PATH EGRESS LIGHTS NUMBER FOUR & FIVE, AND THE OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER FIVE INVERTER, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT 3050 - EWR - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED ELECTRIC BURNING SMELL IN FLIGHT DECK DURING CLIMB. CREW PERFORMED AIR RETURN AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. EWR MX PERFORMED ENGINE RUN WITH BLEEDS ON/OFF AND PACKS ON/OFF AND NO SMELL WAS NOTED. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.

TYS DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION CORROSION WAS FOUND ON THE OMEGA BEAM RAMP ANGLE AT FRAME 20. MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED A DOUBLER REPAIR IAW EMB SRM 53-21-10 AND CPM 57-21-04,05,06. THE AIRCRAFT WILL BE RELEASED UPON COMPLETION OF INSPECTION.

IAH- MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CAPTAINS WINDSHIELD, PERFORMED A OPERATIONAL CHECK, NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND, THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
