MAIN DOOR MOTOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR MOTOR INTERMITTENTLY CUTS OUT WHEN CLOSING THE DOOR USING THE INTERIOR CONTROLS. ALSO, DURING DOOR CLOSING, WHEN THE DOOR REACHES THE TOP THE MOTOR SOMETIMTES CUTS OUT AND DOOR FALLS IMMEDIATELY TO THE OPEN POSITION OR THE DOOR HOLDS AT THE TOP POSITION FOR A OF COUPLE SECONDS BUT THE MOTOR MAKES A STRAINED SOUND. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REMOVED FAULTY PASSENGER DOOR ACTUATOR AND REPLACED WITH A REPAIRED UNIT REF GLOBAL 5000 AMM / 52-11-25. TECHS VERIFIED THE RIGGING OF THE DOOR ACTUATOR PRIOR TO INSTALL. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS VERIFIED RIGGING REF GLOBAL 5000 AMM 52-11-25. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY FUNCTIONAL CHECK REF GLOBAL 5000 AMM 52-11-00.
COCKPIT ODOR: ON SHUTDOWN R PACK FAIL CAUTION CAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED ACCOMPANIED WITH A BURNING ODOR. QRH PROCEDURE PERFORMED. REMOVED SEIZED AIR CYCLE MACHINE AND REPLACED WITH A REPAIRED AIR CYCLE MACHINE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, DONE IAW GL5000 AMM CH# 21-52-09.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLES (BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR) ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO MOVE FROM THE OPEN AND CLOSED POSITIONS. INSPECTED MAIN DOOR. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS IAW GV 5000 AMM 52-11-00-710-801. LUBRICATED MAIN DOOR REF GV 5000 AMM 12-22-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPS CHECK GOOD.
LT LOWER OTBD THRUST REVERSER CRACKED FROM RIVET. R & R THE LT LOWER OTBD THRUST REVERSER CRACKED ANGLE IAW THE A SRM 51-40-01 AND 51-41-00.
DURING LANDING CHECKLIST, PUT LANDING GEAR DOWN WITH 3 POSITIVE GREEN LIGHT INDICATIONS WITH BOTH RED LIGHT IN THE GEAR HANDLE STAYED ILLUMINATED. EXECUTED CHECKLIST WITH NO POSITIVE RESULTS. BOTH RED LIGHT ON THE GEAR HANDLE STAYED ILLUMINATED AT ALL TIME. INVESTIGATED LANDING GEAR SYS & FOUND LT MLG INBD DOOR FWD HINGE CRACKED CAUSING THE DOOR TO MISALIGN WITH UPLOCK. R & R LT INBD GEAR DOOR & PERFORMED MULTIPLE CHECKS OF THE MLG SYS WITH NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED IAW MM 32-00-00-201. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION, WHEN CABIN SIGN IS PUSHED TO SAFETY RED, CABIN SIGN CIRCUIT BREAKER POPS OUT. HAD AN ELECTRICAL ODOR IN COCKPIT. TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND AFT LAV SEAT BELT LIGHT BAR WITH A SHORTED SOLDER JOINT. RESOLDERED LIGHT BAR IAW MM 20-20-02-201. OPS CHECKED GOOD. ALSO FOUND AFT BULKHEAD SEAT BELT LIGHT BAR INOPERATIVE. R & R LIGHT BAR IAW MM 20-20-02-201. OPS CHECK GOOD.
THERE IS AN INTERMITTENT VIBRATION IN THE CONTROL YOKE. THE VIBRATION IS BOTH TACTILE AND AUDIBLE. IT OCCURS INTERMITTENTLY IN FLIGHT AT ALL ALTITUDES AND AIRSPEEDS. REPLACED IND HINGE ASSY AND ECCENTRIC ON LT OTBD SPOILER. OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY. ALL WORK IAW MM 27-60-00.
AFTER STARTING BOTH ENGINES AND CALLING FOR TAXI CLEARENCE. THE TOWER INFORMED US THAT THERE WAS GRAYISH SMOKE COMING OUT OF ONE OF THE ENGINES (THEY THOUGHT THE LT SIDE, BUT COULD NOT BE 100 PERCENT CERTAIN) ALL ENGINE PARAMETERS APPEARED NORMAL. REMOVED AND REPLACED LT ENGINE CHECK VALVE IAW MM 71-70-01. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED SATISFACTORY. NO SMOKE NOTED FROM TAIL PIPE.
STRONG ELECTRICAL ACRID ODOR COMING FROM THE LWR LT AFT CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL. ODOR STARTED 30 MIN AFTER DEPARTURE. SEEMED TO DIMINISH AFTER 10 MIN, BUT ODOR RETURNED 15 MIN BEFORE LANDING AND REMAINED STRONG. REMOVED LT COCKPIT SEAT, LT LOWER AFT SIDEWALL. RAN ENGINES AND FOUND WINDSHEILD DE-ICE LO RELAY TO BE BURNED.
FLIGHT CONTROLS VERY SLACK/SLOPPY ABOUT THE ROLL AXIS. SPOILER BUZZ NOTED IN TURNS TO THE RT. EXECUTIVE CONTROL INPUT REQUIRED TO INITIATE AND ROLL OUT OF TURNS. ADJUSTED LT AND RT NEUTRAL POINT OF SPOILERS. RIGGED LT SPOILERS DOWN AND RIGGED RT SPOILERS UP TO WITHIN LIMITS LISTED IN MM. INSPECTED CABLE TENSIONS AND FOUND GOOD. INSPECTED TRAVELS AND FOUND GOOD. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW BEECHJET 400XP MM CH 27-60-00.
UPON SETTING TAKEOFF POWER, THE RT ENGINE ITT BEGAN FLUCTUATION BETWEEN 400 - 650 DEGREES. TAKEOFF ABORTED BELOW 70 KTS. [07-12-07] RAN AIRCRAFT TO TAKEOFF POWER FOUND NO FLUCTATION PERFORMED 5 POINT RUNS AND FAXED RESULTS TO MTX ALL PRAMITERS WITHIN LIMITS. PERFORMED TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS FOR HAWKER 400XP AMM 77-21-00. CHECKED T1 AND T6 HARNESS REF P & W MM 77-00-01 AND 77-00-02 NO DISCREPANCIES FOUND. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 ITT INDICATOR AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK OPS CHECKED GOOD REF HAWKER 400XP AMM 31-10-00-701 AND 77-21-00.
LOWERED GEAR HANDLE AND ONLY LEFT MAIN GEAR ILLUMINATED DOWN. RAN GEAR EXTENSION CHECKLIST AND STILL ONLY INDICATED LEFT MAIN DOWN. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. REPLACED INDICATOR LIGHT BULBS WITH NEW AND PERFORMED LANDING GEAR RETRACTION TEST IAW HAWKER 400XP MM CHAPTERS 32-20 AND 32-00.
SMOKE AND EXHAUST APPEARED IN LAV WHEN ENG AND WING ANTI-ICE WAS PLACED ON. EXHAUST SMELLED LIKE OIL AND WAS VERY VISIBLE. IT LEFT A FILM ON LAV MIRROR. FOUND THE SMOKE AND ODOR CAUSED BY A RUPTURE IN THE WING ANTI-ICE BLEED AIR LINE. INSTALLED NEW BLEED AIR LINE BY INCORPORATION OF KIT 128-5051-1 PER RAC DRAWING. CLEARED INSULATION BAGS FROM WING ANTI-ICE DUCTS IN LAV AREA.
