MAIN DOOR: UNABLE TO CLOSE THE MAIN DOOR, EITHER FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE USING NORMAL PROCEDURES. DOOR IS ABLE TO CLOSE WHEN THE CABIN SYSTEMS ELECTRICAL POWER IS CUT OFF. CORRECTIVE ACTION: CYCLED POWER, PERFORMED OPERATIONAL OF MED WITH INTERRIOR AND EXTERIOR DOOR SWITCH NUMEROUS TIME WITH NO DEFECT NOTED. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME, REF AMM GL5000 AMM 52-11-00.
PASSENGER COMPARTMENT EQUIPMENT: FA REPORTED ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL NEAR THE CREDENSA, JUST AFT OF FORWARD CLUB. NO SMOKE OR FIRE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: COULD NOT DUPLICATE. VAPING DEVICE FOUND IN LAV GARBAGE CAN. IAW GL5000 SMM 25-24-52.
SMOKE IN COCKPIT AFTER APU HAD BEEN RUNNING10 MIN, NO CIRCUIT BREAKERS OR CAS MESSAGES. PERFORMED APU RUNAND FOUND CABIN TEMP RISING AND RH ACM SUPPLY DUCT HOT. GAINED ACCESS TO ACM AND FOUND SEIZED AND FAILED TORQUE CHECK. ALL WORK DONE IAW G5000 GVFD AMM 21-00-00 862-801 INSTALLED NEW ACM IAW G5000 AMM 21-52-09 REV 48 REINSTALLED TEMP CONTROL VALVE IAW G5000 AMM 21-52-33-400-801 REV 48.
GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND FIRST TRY AND ON SECOND TRY IT TOOK LONGER THAN NORMAL OPERATIONS. **SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION - REMOVED & REPLACED NR 3 SYSTEM LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE IAW MM 32-31-15. OPERATIONAL CHK GOOD.
MICROWAVE SPARKED AND SMELLED OF SMOKE AND BURNED METAL AND POPPED CIRCUIT BREAKER. REMOVED GALLEY MICROWAVE OVEN PER SMM 25-30-66-000-801. INSPECTED WIRING AT CONNECTOR VERIFIED 115 VAC 3 PHASE AND GROUNDS PER SPM 20-12-01-05 NO DEFECTS NOTED REPLACED GALLEY MICROWAVE OVEN PER SMM 25-30-66-400-801.
NR 1 RTU FAILED AND A STRONG ELECTRICAL SMOKE ODOR WAS PRESENT. REMOVED NR 1 RTU AND INSTALLED AN O/H UNIT IAW CH 34-57-01-201 OF MM. OPS CHECK GOOD.
ON TAKEOFF ROLL BELOW 80 KTS AT TAKE OFF POWER, RUDDER BOOST FAIL ANNUN. LGT COMES ON. DURING ACCELLERATION. LGT GOES OUT AS THROTTLES ARE PULLED BACK TO IDLE. (2) T/S ATTEMPTS WERE MADE. TROUBLESHOT SYS, FOUND LT ENG BLEED AIR PRESSURE SWITCH READS LOW VOLTAGE REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH LT ENGINE BLEED AIR PRESSURES SWITCHES PN APTE 233A1750-300 A SN ON TOP 7518-12-132SN OFF 6789-9-321 IAW AMM 27-21-00-201. OPS CK SAT, TRANSDUCER - PRESSURE, INOPERTIVE.
ON TAKEOFF ROLL BELOW 80 KTS AT TAKEOFF POWER, RUDDER BOOST FAIL ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT COMES ON. ABORTED TAKEOFF. (K)
DURING DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL TAXI FROM THE RIGHT SEAT, THE RIGHT BRAKE PEDAL WOULD LOOSE PRESSURE AND DEPRESS FURTHER FROM THE LEFT PEDAL, THEN REGAIN PRESSURE TO NORMAL. SUP, BLEED RT BRAKE IAW MM 32-40-00. BLEED RT BRAKE UNTIL AIR WAS COMPLETELY REMOVED.
RUDDER BOOST FAIL LIGHT CAME ON AND YAW DAMPNER/AUTOPLOT KICKED OFF AT F230 LEVEL FLIGHT AT THE SAME TIME. REPLACED #1 FGC-4007 WITH OVH. UNIT IAW ROCKEWELL COLLINS MANUAL 523-0225807-0411A REV 9 OCT. 2005. GROUND OPS CHECK GOOD.
SMELL OF BURNING RUBBER SMELLED IN THE CABIN WHEN ACFT IS SET TO TAKEOFF POWER. MOST NOTABILY DURING THE FIRST TAKEOFF OF THE DAY. RAN AIRCRAFT WHEN IT FIRST CAME IN (12/30/05) NO SMELL NOTICED. RAN AGAIN FIRST THING THE NEXT DAY (12/31/05) NO SMELL NOTICED IAW MFG CH 21-00-00 AND STANDARD SHOP PRACTICES.
AFTER TAKEOFF, AFTER SELECTING FLAPS 0 " FLAP ASSM " ANNUNICATOR ILLUMINATED. FLYING PILOT NOTICED NO CONTROL PROBLEMS. ANNUNICATOR EVENTULLY EXTINGUISHED. TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM AS PER WDM IN 400 XP MM CM 27-50-00, REMOVED AND REPLACED LT AND RT FLAP POSITION TRANSMITTERS IAW 400XP MM CH 27-50-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
ON APPROACH INTO ASE FLAPS LOCKED UP AT 10 DEGREES. DIVERTED TO GJT FOR LANDING AT FLAPS 10. TROUBLESHOT FAULT BY OPENING THROTTLE QUAD AND CLEANED, LUBED. INSPECTION FLAP LEVER AND FOUND NO FAULT. INSPECTED 10 DEG FLAP SWITCH AND ACTUATOR SWITCH. BOTH CHECKED OUT GOOD ON DVM. CLOSED THROTTLE QUAD. INSPECTED LT AND RT FLAP FOLLOW UP SWITCHES. FOUND BAD CORROSION IN CONNECTOR P&J 268 CLEANED CONNECTOR SYS OPS TEST GOOD. RESTORED A/C FOR FLIGHT ALL WORK DONE IAW THE HAWKER 400XP WDM AND AMM CHP 27-51-01.
LEFT GEAR GREEN DOWN LOCK INDICATOR INOPERATIVE (LIGHT BULB INOPERATIVE). REMOVED AND REPLACED ALL DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATOR BULBS, OPS CHECK GOOD.
