PILOT REPORT - FLIGHT CONTROLS, ELEVATOR FEEL LIGHT DURING PREFLIGHT CHECK. MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED ELEVATOR WEIGHT BROKEN OFF FROM ELEVATOR BELLCRANK ASSEMBLY. AIRCRAFT HAD BEEN SUBJECTED TO STRONG GROUND WIND VERY RECENTLY. FAILED BELLCRANK TO BE RETURNED TO MFG FOR TESTING.
NR 2 ENGINE OIL LEAKING. MAINTENANCE FOUND OIL LEAK TO BE COMING FROM THE OIL SCAVENGE PUMP HOUSING. REMOVED AND REPLACED OIL SCAVENGE PUMP. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION OF REMOVED OIL SCAVENGE PUMP, THERE WAS CAVITATION INSIDE OF THE HOUSING ITSELF.
NLG ACTUATOR END CAP FAILED ULTRA SOUND INSPECTION.
PILOT REPORTED AIRCRAFT HAD A RIGHT HAND ENVIRONMENTAL FAIL INDICATION AND PERFORMED UNSCHEDULED LANDING AT HOME STATION. MAINTENANCE IS CURRENTLY TROUBLESHOOTING.
PILOTS WINDSCREEN CRACKED IN FLIGHT.
PILOT REPORTED THE LEFT FIREWALL FUEL VALVE FIRE WARNING LIGHT IS INOPERATIVE, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO HOME STATION, MAINTENANCE REPLACED BULB IN LEFT SIDE TEE HANDLE, OPERATIONAL CHECK OF FIRE WARNING SYSTEM WAS SUCCESSFUL.
FORWARD AIR STAIRS DOOR FRAME CRACKED ALONG BOTTOM AFT SECTION BEHIND FUSELAGE HALF OF THE HINGE.
DURING MAINTENANCE, COLLECTOR TANK INSPECTION. CORROSION WAS FOUND ON STRINGER STATION 305.7.
TAIL STROBE CIRCUIT BOARD BURNED.
COPILOT WINDSHIELD CRACKED IN FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED COPILOT WINDSHIELD
CORROSION FOUND BY X-RAY INSPECTION ON LOWER FLANGE LT ENG RIB PN 118-110050-5, ADJACENT TO FWD SPAR LOWER CAP. BLENDED & TREATED AREA.
AFTER TAKEOFF & LG RETRACTION, PILOT NOTICED HYD POWER PACK RUNNING EXCESSIVELY, THEN LOW HYD WARNING LIGHT CAME ON. MANUALLY EXTENDED THE LG & RETURNED TO ORIGINAL AIRPORT FOR AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. AFTER LANDING, HYD FLUID WAS OBSERVED LEAKING FROM THE HYD POWER PACK WING PANEL & ON THE BACK OF THE WING. LOCATED THE SOURCE OF THE FLUID LEAK TO THE FWD B NUT ON LG RETRACT SOLID LINE, PN 114-580047-1. THIS FITTING WAS TIGHTENED & A CONICAL SEAL WAS INSTALLED TO ELIMINATE LEAKAGE. THE LG WAS MANUALLY CYCLED, THE SYS SERVICED & THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. INVESTIGATION CONTINUES THROUGH THE COMPANY SMS REPORTING & ANALYSIS SYS.
AFTER DEPARTURE, LT FWD WINDSHIELD OUTER PANE CRACKED. CREW ELECTED TO RETURN TO ORIGINAL AIRPORT & MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD.
