FUEL SMELL IN CABIN UPON TAKE OFF. NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED DURING INSPECTION. COULD NOT DUPLICATE.
ONE INCH CRACK FOUND ON UPPER TOP DECK. IT IS LOCATED AT STA 147, WL 72, AND BL 11.
FLT 3461 - DURING THE PREFLIGHT INSPECTION IN DTW, THE EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS AT ROWS 7-9 WERE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK. (M)

FLT NR 3453 - DURING THE PREFLIGHT INSPECTION IN DTW, THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE AT SEATS 10C, D AND 9/10A, AND THE LAST AISLE POSITION AT THE REAR OF THE AIRCRAFT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE BATTERY PACK AT ROW 9. ALL CHECKS GOOD. (M0
LAW - FLT 3798 - DURING THE PROCESS OF PREPARING AIRCRAFT FOR DEPARTURE FROM GATE AREA, SMOKE WAS DETECTED COMING FROM VICINITY OF WINDOW LIGHT AT SEAT 11A. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE WINDOW LIGHT FIXTURE HAD FAILED. THE LIGHT FIXTURE AND FLUORESCENT BULB WERE REPLACED AND GROUND CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK IAW PER SAAB AMM. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (X)

LAW - DURING ROUTINE NDT INSPECTION OF PROPELLER HUB P/N 660714200, S/N 110979. A CRACK WAS FOUND RUNNING VERTICAL IN DOWEL PIN HOLE BETWEEN BOLT HOLES NR 5 AND NR 6. CRACK APPROXIMATELY .25 INCH LONG. HUB WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. (W)
