INSPECTED ENGINE AND FOUND OIL PUMP/SCAVANGE PUMP (PN 310426801, SN OP0764) INOPERATIVE, INSTALLED O/H PUMP (PN 3104268, SN OP1054). OPS CHECK WAS GOOD.

THE AIRCRAFT, AFTER DEPARTURE FROM SUS, WAS UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE THE CABIN. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SUS. OBTAINED A FERRY PERMIT TO RETURN TO AFJ. THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE OUTFLOW VALVE AND SQUAT SWITCH WAS CHECKED.
