RIGHT WATER SEPARATOR HAS EXCESSIVE WATER LEAKING FROM IT.
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE ADSB SYSTEM WAS INTERMITTENT. THE MAINTENANCE BASE TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND THE ADSB ANTENNA AT FAULT. THE DEFECTIVE WAS REMOVED AND A NEW ANTENNA WAS INSTALLED. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE BASE MAINTENANCE TEAM FOUND DURING POST-FLIGHT CHECKS THE STEERING UNIT LEAKING. THE MAINTENANCE PROVIDER REMOVED THE LEAKING NOSE WHEEL STEERING ACTUATOR AND REPLACED WITH AN OVERHAULED ACTUATOR. OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED OF A LEFT PITOT HEAT FAIL ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT THE LEFT PITOT SYSTEM AND FOUND PITOT HEAD FAILED. REMOVED THE DEFECTIVE PITOT HEAD AND INSTALLED A NEW PITOT HEAD. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE MAINTENANCE TEAM REPORTED THAT DURING POSTFLIGHT CHECKS FINDING THE LEFT AILERON ACTUATOR HOSE LEAKING FLUID. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM REMOVED AND REPLACED THE HOSE ASSY. WITH NEW. LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE APU LOAD CONTROL VALVE BEING INTERMITTENT IN OPERATION. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR DETERMINED THE APU CONTROL VALVE WAS DEFECTIVE. THE VALVE WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH AN OVERHAULED VALVE. OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT SMOKE ENTERED THE CABIN AND COCKPIT DURING CRUISE FLIGHT FROM MYNN TO KATL. THE FLIGHT CREW DONNED OXYGEN MASKS. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THE FLIGHT WAS DIVERTED TO KPBI FOR LANDING AND INVESTIGATION INTO THE SMOKE. THE APPROACH AND LANDING WERE UNEVENTFUL. CURRENTLY THE AIR CONDITIONING PACK IS SUSPECTED FOR THIS DISCREPANCY. THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS WERE REMOVED FOR INVESTIGATION, THE LEFT AND RIGHT ACM'S, ACM BYPASS SHUTOFF VALVES, MODULATING WATER SEPARATOR ANTI-ICE VALVES AND THE RIGHT AIR CONDITIONING SHUTOFF VALVE. NO FAULTS WERE FOUND. ALL COMPONENTS WERE REINSTALLED, OPS AND LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE APU FAILED TO START WHEN COMMANDED. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR DETERMINED THAT THE APU INLET DOOR ACTUATOR WAS FAULTY. THE ACTUATOR WAS REPLACED WITH A REPAIRED ACTUATOR AND ADJUSTED AS NEEDED. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
