AUTOPILOT ENGAGED AND DISCONNECTED 3 TIMES. HAD TO PULL CIRCUIT BREAKER. MECHANICS RAN SELF TEST AND FOUND ELECTRONIC STABILITY AND PROTECTION (ESP) ENABLED AND WORKING NORMALLY. REF POH AND GFC600 PILOTS GUIDE 2.6.
RIGHT WING LE EDGE SKIN WAS FOUND CRACKED DURING A PHASE INSPECTION. THE CRACK ORIGINATED FROM THE FIRST ROUND INSPECTION PANEL NEAR WS 60.0, ON THE BOTTOM SIDE OF THE LE. ENGINEERING APPROVAL FOR REPAIR WAS OBTAINED & A REPAIR FOR THE AREA WAS PUT IN PLACE, RECORDED ON FORM 337 WITH SUPPORTING FORM 8110-3.
WHILE INFLIGHT PILOT NOTICED HIGH ITT, ACFT RETURNED TO BASE. INSPECTED INDICATING SYS & FOUND TRIM PROBE STICK BAD. REPLACED AFFECTED PROBE. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
PILOT REPORTED LOCKED BRAKE ON LANDING. ACFT STOPPED ON THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AND WAS UNABLE TO TAXI OFF THE RUNWAY. FOUND LT TIRE WORN, LT BRAKE CALIPER WITH BROKEN AND MISSING SLIDE PINS, LT TORQUE PLATE BUSHING WORN OUT, AND BOTH LT AND RT BRAKE PADS WORN OUT. REPLACED LEFT MAIN WHEEL ASSY, LT BRAKE CALIPER ASSY, LT TORQUE PLATE ASSY, AND REPLACED BOTH LT AND RT BRAKE PADS.
RELIEF VALVE FOR BLEED AIR PNEUMATIC SYSTEM END WASHER AND CAP SEPARATED FROM VALVE AND LAYING IN BOTTOM OF COWLING. SUSPECT RIVET HOLDING PARTS ON IS TOO SOFT. THIS IS THE THIRD VALVE TO FAIL LIKE THIS ON DIFFERENT AIRCRAFT IN THE LAST MONTH. AND ALL WERE NEW WITH LESS THAN 70 HOURS TIME IN SERVICE. (K)
FOUND LOWER UAT ANTENNA UNSERVICEABLE DURING UAT UPGRADE. (K)
