THE FLIGHT CREW DEPARTED KIXA WITH A DESTINATION OF KPBI. DURING CLIMB, THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN COCKPIT COMING FROM GASPER VENT ON PILOT'S SIDE. ALSO NOTED AN ECB TRIP CYAN CAS STBY PS HEAT FAIL AMBER CAS. FILES WERE DOWNLOADED AND SENT TO PILATUS. MECH NOTED A BURNT CONNECTOR & PINS ON THE STANDBY PITOT PROBE. REPLACED WITH NEW THE STANDBY PITOT STATIC PROBE, THE PROBE CONNECTOR HR1211P AND 90* BACKSHELL IAW WDM PC24-A-E30-39-2310-00A-051A-A, AND AMMS PC24-A-E34-11-0003-00A-520A-A, PC24-A-E34-11-0003-00A-720A-A. OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD AND NO FURTHER DEFECTS WERE NOTED.
DURING FLIGHT FROM KPSM TO KACK, THE CREW REPORTED A YELLOW CAUTION MESSAGE, "MAIN BRAKE FAIL." THE CREW DIVERTED BACK TO KPSM AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TECHNICIANS DOWNLOADED ACMF AND FHDB FILES TO SEND TO PILATUS FOR ANALYSIS IAW PILATUS AMM PC24-A-E45-45-0000-00A-551A-A AND SERVICED HYDRAULIC FLUID IAW PILATUS AMM-PC24-A-A12-20-0005-00A-212A-A. PILATUS TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUESTED BRAKE SYSTEM TEST 11 IAW PILATUS AMM-PC24-A-E32-40-0000-00A-340A-A, IF CHECKS GOOD THEN MONITOR AIRCRAFT AFTER RETURN TO SERVICE. TECHNICIANS PERFORMED TEST 11 IAW PILATUS AMM-PC24-A-E32-40-0000-00A-340A-A. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
PROBLEM: AFTER DEPARTURE FROM KGAI, THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED: LEFT/FRONT WINDSHIELD CRACKED DURING CLIMB OUT THROUGH 280. THE CREW DIVERTED TO IAD AND LANDED SAFELY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO PSM FOR REPAIRS/LH WINSHIELD REPLACEMENT.RESOLUTION: THE LH WINDSHIELD WAS REMOVED,REPLACED AND OPS CHECK GOOD IAW PILATUS PC24 AMM PC24-A-E56-10-0001-00A-520A-A, AND PC24-A-E56-10-0001-00A-720A-A.
DURING FIELD BORESCOPE INSPECTION FOR ITT SPLIT AND HIGH-PITCH WHINE NOISE, DAMAGE TO THE HPC ROTOR, 3RD STAGE STATOR VANE, AND 3RD STAGE IP ROTOR VANES WERE DISCOVERED. DISASSEMBLY OF THE ENGINE CONFIRMED THAT ONE OF THE 3RD STAGE IPC ROTOR BLADES WERE MISSING.
DURING FIELD BORESCOPE INSPECTION FOR INCREASED ITT DURING CLIMB, SEVERAL IPC BLADES WERE DISCOVERED MISSING. DISASSEMBLY OF THE ENGINE CONFIRMED THAT THREE OF THE 3RD STAGE IPC ROTOR BLADES WAS MISSING.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT FROM KPSM TO KGRR AT 15000 FEET, THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED "LEFT SIDE FRONT WINDSHIELD CRACKED". THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED BACK TO KPSM AND LANDED SAFELY WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE LH FRONT WINDSHIELD WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW PILATUS AMM PC24-A-E56-10-0001-00A-520A-A AND AMM PC24-A-E56-10-0001-00A-720A-A. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD NO DEFECTS NOTED.
DURING DESCENT, THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE RT FRONT WINDSHIELD CRACKED. DIVERTED, NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED, AND AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RT FRONT WINDSHIELD IAW AMM.
