DURING A SCHEDULED STRUCTURAL INSPECTION OF THE FUSELAGE, THE RT AFT SEAT TRACK WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED IN SEVERAL AREAS.
DURING A SCHEDULED STRUCTURAL INSPECTION OF THE FUSELAGE, THE LT AFT SEAT TRACK WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED.
PILOT EXPERIENCED AN UNCOMMANDED AILERON INPUT WHEN FLAPS WERE LOWERED FROM TAKEOFF TO APPROACH POSITION, DURING APPROACH. PILOT RETRACTED THE FLAPS TO TAKEOFF POSITION & THE INTERFERENCE WITH THE AILERON WAS ELIMINATED. ACFT WAS LANDED UNEVENTFULLY WITH FLAPS IN TAKEOFF. SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION REVEALED THAT THE FWD OTBD BEARING OF THE RT OTBD FLAP HAD FAILED.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER ROTATION THE LT PROPELLER AUTO FEATHERED. PILOT REDUCED POWER & IMMEDIATELY LANDED, ABORTING THE TAKEOFF. THE PROBLEM WAS DISCOVERED TO BE A FAULTY AUTO FEATHER LOW PRESS SWITCH.
DURING A SCHEDULED STRUCTURAL INSP A CRACK IN THE LT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER LOWER TEE EXTRUSION WAS DISCOVERED. REPAIRED THE CRACKED TEE EXTRUSION BY SPLICING IN A NEW SECTION OF TEE EXTRUSION IAW FR-CO-02598. 2 REPAIR ANGLES WERE FABRICATED USING A SECTION OF THE NEW TEE EXTRUSION, PN 101-620029-11.
