DELAMINATION AT AFT COMPARTMENT TOPPING OFF VALVE FOUND LEAKING VALVE AND 2 HOLES. REPAIRED IN A/W AC 25-60-95. FOUND BAG TO BE SERVICEABLE.
GUIDE ASSY HAS HYD BLOCK LIGHT ON. FOUND SOCKET BROKEN. DISASSEMBLED, CLEANED, INSPECTED, INSTALLED NEW SOCKET, SPRING, POTTED AND TESTED. INSPECTED AND REPAIRED IAW MBB BO105- REM 405.
LEAK AT TOP OF NR 2 COOLING AREA. SENT TO DRAKE AIR FOR REPAIR. CLEANED, FLUSHED, REPAIRED/OVERHAULED, TESTED AND INSPECTED.
RT FLOAT ASSY DUE 18 MONTH INSPECTION. 18 MONTH INSPECTION COMPLIED WITH AND REPAIRED LEAKS. COMPLIED WITH AAIP, AIR CRUISER M/M SB'S 120-81-3, 120-81-4, 120-82-4, 120-84-1, 802-25-1, 802-25-2.
PRIMARY BLADE BOLTS ARE WORN. BOTTOM COVER CRACKED THROUGH BOLT THREADS BROKEN. DISSEMBLED AND CLEANED. PERFORMED VISUAL & NDT INSPECTIONS. SCRAPPED BOTTOM COVER & THROUGH BOLT. RETURNED SERVICEABLE PARTS TO STOCK. INSPECTED IAW BO-105 MM CH 12.
