REMOVED DAMAGED DOOR LOCK PROX SENSOR PN:8-642-03 SN:64499 AND INSTALLED NEW PROX SENSOR PN:8-642-03 SN:67102. PERFOMRED OPS CHECKS WITH NOI DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. IAW AMM 52-70-05.
