PERFORMED 6 MONTH INSPECTION. FLOAT HAS TORN END CAP, AND LEAK IN NR 2 CELL. PERFORMED 6 MONTH INSPECTION, REPLACED END CAP, & REPAIRED LEAK.
ALUMINUM DAMAGED BY IMPELLER. REMOVED AND RE-APPLIED PLASMA SPRAY ON CONTOUR. (OVERHAULED).
STIFF THROTTLE SHAFT. ROUGH/ DRY INTERNAL BEARINGS. ACTION TAKEN: SENT TO ACRO FOR REPAIR. REPAIRED AND TESTED IAW HONEYWELL OHM FORM 15-1095A.
T/R ASSY IS BINDING. FOUND NO ABNORMAL WEAR OR DEFECTS. DISASSEMBLED, CLEANED AND INSPECTED BUSHINGS ON INNER SLEEVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED BUSHINGS AND SEAKS IN BLADE MOUNTING FORKS. REASSEMBLED AND BALANCED. ALL WORK DONE IAW MBB BO105 REM 301, MBB-BO105 MM CHAPTERS 34& 107 AND MARVEL BOOK.
T/R ASSY IS BINDING. REPAIRED, PARTIAL DISASSEMBLY, VISUALLY INSPECTED. FOUND NO CAUSE FOR BINDING, INST'D NEW GRIP BUSHINGS AND SEALS. CHECKED FRICTION FORCES 10N AND 17N (MAX 25N) REASSEMBLED T/R ASSY AND MARVEL BALANCED ALL WORK IAW BO105 MM 32, MARVEL MANUAL REM 301.

TRANSMISSION MAKING METAL. LEFT PINION AND BEVEL GEAR BREAKING DOWN, LEFT INT SHAFT TEETH PITTED, LEFT FREEWHEEL WORN BEYOND LIMITS.
SCROLL COULD NOT BE INSTALLED DUE TO PLATING FLAKING OFF INSIDE RIGHT TURNING VANE.
NEW METER SET ISSUED TO 131EH, BUT COULD NOT BE USED DUE TO DENT ON ORIFICE RIM; STREAKS.
NEW ALTIMETER WILL NOT TEST, COULD NOT BE INSTALLED ON AIRCRAFT.
GOVERNOR WAS SENT FOR OVERHAUL 07/18/94 . UNIT NOW HAS 401.3 T.S.O. AND WILL NOT BEEP TO 99%.
