ON FLT, DURING DESCENT PILOT REPORTED SMOKE IN THE AFT SECTION OF CABIN. PILOT TURNED OFF CABIN AND COCKPIT BLOWERS AND SMOKE CLEARED. REPLACED DEFECTIVE COCKPIT BLOWER WITH O/H UNIT.
