DURING C-CHECK THE CENTER OMEGA BEAM WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED BETWEEN FRAMES 59-60. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR IAW EC5310-01473. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE COCKPIT STEP EMERGENCY EXIT IDENTIFIER SIGN, MAIN DOOR EMERGENCY EXIT MARKER SIGN, AND GALLEY AISLE CEILING PANEL EMERGENCY LOCATOR SIGN WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE R & R INVERTER, OPS TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING CRUISE THE CREW NOTED AN UNCOMMANDED DEPLOYMENT OF THE SPOILERS. THE CREW PULLED BREAKERS F13, F14 AND F20 HOWEVER THE FAILURE INDICATION REMAINED AND THE CREW ELECTED TO DIVERT, WHERE THE ACFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE SPOILER CONTROL UNIT, PERFORMED OPS CHECKS OF THE SPOILER SYSTEM AND CLEARED THE DISCREPANCY.

THE CREW REPORTED A BAGGAGE SMOKE INDICATION DURING FLIGHT, FOLLOWED BY A BAGGAGE EXTUINGISHER BOTTLE INOPERATIVE MESSAGE. ACFT DIVERTED & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MX INSPECTED ACFT FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF SMOKE PRESENT, OPS TESTED BAGGAGE BAY SMOKE DETECTORS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. BOTH FIRE BOTTLES WERE R & R, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED BURNING ODOR WHEN THE WINDSHIELD HEAT WAS ON. NO SMOKE OR FIRE WAS DETECTED. MX INSPECTED AND RETORQUED THE POSITIVE AND GROUND TERMINALS OF THE NR 1 AND NR 2 WINDSHIELDS. OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD AND NO BURNING SMELLS WERE DETECTED.
WHILE AIRCRAFT WAS IN C-CHECK, INSPECTION DISCOVERED CORROSION IN THE ENG NR 1 & 2 AIR INLET ATTACH FLANGE BOLT HOLES. MX REMOVED CORROSION FROM BOLT HOLES AND INSTALLED BUSHINGS IAW EC5420-01158. AIRCRAFT STILL IN C-CHECK.
CREW REPORTED THE E2 ANTI ICE FAILED TO STAY OPEN IN NON ICE CONDITIONS. REPORTEDLY STAYED ON FOR A FEW MINUTES, THEN TURNED OFF ON ITS OWN. ACFT RETURNED & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ENGINE TWO ANTI-ICE VALVE, AND PRESSURE TRANSDUCER, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
RIC - DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, MX FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHT EXIT ROW 12C INOPERATIVE. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED AC/DC INVERTER NR 5 AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
TYS - A/C WAS LEAVING TYS WHEN ON CLIMBOUT CREW RECEIVED A EICAS MSG OF A LDG DISAGREE. RETURNED TO TYS WHERE MAINTENANCE USED THE BREAK OUT BOXES AND GEAR SWINGS, COULDN'T DUPLICATE AND WAS RELEASED TO SERVICE. WORK WAS IAW EMB 145XR AMM 32-32-02 AND 32-33-01.
IAH - DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION THE CREW REPORTED THE AISLE PATH EMERGENCY LIGHT BY THE GALLEY TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED STRIP, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED OFR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - DURING CLIMB, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT PRESSURIZING. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND REPAIRED THE FIRST OFFICERS DV WINDOW SEAL, OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE THE RIGHT EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND THE SYSTEM WAS RESET AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. NO DEFECTS WERE FOUND.
CLE FLIGHT 2875 - THE CREW REPORTED A BLD 1 OVERTEMP MESSAGE ON CLIMBOUT. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO CLE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 BLEED SYSTEM PRECOOLER. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
RT EMERGENCY LIGHT (FWD) INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD EMERGENCY LIGHT IAW EMB145 XR AMM 33-50-07, OPS CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RELEASED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ACFT GOES TO ET10 RSV POWER ON ITS OWN UNCOMMANDED IN FLIGHT. WILL NOT STAY IN ANY OTHER THRUST RATING. REMOVED AND REPLACED RESISTOR MODULE IAW EMB 145 AMM 73-22-02. OPS CHECK GOOD. (S)

FLT 216 - SAT TO SMF - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED BURNING ACRID ODOR ON TAKEOFF IN CABIN. NORTH AMERICA AIRCRAFT CONTRACT MAINTENANCE WAS DISPATCHED AND PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE ACRID ODOR . MX ADDED 6 PTS OF OIL TO BOTH ENGINES. OPERATIONALLY CHECKED GOOD AND AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASE TO RETURN FOR SERVICE IN AIRWORTHY CONDITIONS.
IAH - FLIGHT 409, THE CREW REPORTED A BURNING ACRID ODOR ON TAKEOFF IN THE CABIN. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED THE ENGINE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
