ON LANDING ON FINAL LEG TO RETURN TO HOME BASE PILOT INDICATED A FIRE WARNING LIGHT AND DING IN THE HEADSET. INDICATED THAT THERE WAS NO FIRE AND CONFIRMED AFTER LANDING. TROUBLESHOOT THE FIRE DETECTION SYS IAW MM AND FOUND ON A FUNCTION TEST THE TURBINE HEAT DETECTOR ACTIVATED AT 350 DEG INSTEAD OF THE RATED 520 DEG. NO OTHER DEFECT WERE FOUND IN SYS. REPLACED DETECTOR WITH NEW, PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST AND GROUND RUNS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. RETURNED TO SERVICE.

AFTER LANDING, PILOTS CYCLIC BUMPED INADVERTENTLY CAUSING THE MAST MOMENT TO EXCEED. THE VEMD RECORDED 66 PERCENT OF 3.6 SECONDS AND 78 PERCENT OF 1.0 SECONDS. FOLLOWING MM 05-51-00, 6-1, MAIN ROTOR BLADES WERE INSPECTED. THE INSPECTION FOUND 1 BLADE HAD CONTACTED THE FLEX BEAM. BLADE REMOVED, INSPECTED, AND DAMAGE MEASURED. MEASUREMENT WAS LESS THAN .2 MM. THE AREA WAS BLENDED AND PAINTED IAW MM CH 62-11-00, 8-18. BLADE WAS REINSTALLED IAW MM 62-11-00, 4-2. ACFT GROUND RAN AND TEST FLOWN WITHOUT DEFECTS. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE PILOT AND MEDICAL CREW SMELLED FUEL FUMES IN THE CABIN AND CREW AREA DURING THE FIRST LEG OF A PATIENT TRANSFER. THE PILOT IMMEDIATELY LANDED AT THE CLOSEST AIRPORT TO INSPECT THE ACFT. INSPECTED THE FUEL CAP FOR SECURITY, THE VENT AND DRAIN LINES FOR ANY OBSTRUCTIONS, AND THE BELLY OF THE ACFT. NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. THE ACFT AIR CONDITIONING SYS WAS MEL'S PREVIOUSLY THAT DAY, SO THE ACFT SLIDING WINDOWS WERE OPENED. THE PILOT SUSPECTED THAT THE EXHAUST FUMES MUST HAVE ENTERED INTO THE ACFT AS A RESULT OF THE OPENED WINDOWS. THE FLIGHT WAS CONTINUED AND COMPLETED.
