CREW REPORTED CAPTAIN'S YOKE PITCH TRIM IS STUCK AND RECEIVED PITCH TRIM FAIL AND AUTO PILOT FAIL MESSAGE. CREW HAD A VERY DIFFICULT TIME GETTING THE AIRCRAFT TO TRIM AND DECLARED EMERGENCY. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED GLUE FROM CAPTAIN'S YOKE AND REINSTALLED YOKE PER AMM.
WHILE AT GATE MX REPORTED DOOR R2 SLIDE UNRAVELING, REQUIRES REPLACEMENT. DURING SLIDE INSTALLATION PER EMB AMM, MX DISCOVERED RELEASE CABLE HAD SNAPPED IN HALF. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED CABLE PER EMB AMM AND COMPLETED SLIDE INSTALLATION PER EMB AMM.
WHILE AIRCRAFT WAS IN HEAVY CHECK MAINTENANCE FOUND AFT WASTE BOX DELAMINATED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT WASTE BOX IAW EMB 175 SRM 51-40-02, AND 51-41-02. THE AIRCRAFT IS OUT OF SERVICE IN HEAVY CHECK.

MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT WHEEL WELL FORWARD BULKHEAD ATTACH ANGLE IAW EMB 175 SRM 51-43-01, 51-42-01, 51-41-01, AND 51-20-00. THE AIRCRAFT IS OUT OF SERVICE IN HEAVY CHECK.
WHILE AIRCRAFT WAS IN HEAVY CHECK MAINTENANCE FOUND THE RIGHT WING CANOE FAIRING 633BB FORWARD OUTBOARD BEARING CORRODED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE CANOE FAIRING 633BB FORWARD OUTBOARD BEARING IAW EMB 175 AMM 20-10-08. THE AIRCRAFT IS OUT OF SERVICE IN HEAVY CHECK.

CREW REPORTED ALL CABIN CEILING LIGHTS WERE INOP. MAINTENANCE REPOWERED A/C POWER PER EMB AMM AND ALL WAS WORKING NORMALLY. A/C WAS THEN RETURNED TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTED VIBRATION B/W ROWS 7 AND 10 IN CABIN ALONG WITH A BURNING ODOR. MAINTENANCE WAS DISPATCHED TO THE AIRCRAFT AND INSPECTED DUCTS FOR NR 2 PACK SYSTEM AND RAN THE PACK NR 2 SYSTEM PER EMB AMM, NO BURNING ODOR OR DEFECTS NOTED.
CREW RECEIVED AN A-I WING 2 LEAK MSG DURING DESCENT INTO DTW, CREW FOLLOWED QRH AND DE-SELECTED ICE PROTECTION WING AND LOOKED TO EXIT ICING CONDITIONS. CREW WAS DENIED CLEARANCE FOR LOWER BY ATC, THEN DECLARED EMERGENCY TO GET OUT OF ICING CONDITIONS, NO FURTHER PROBLEMS OCCURRED WHILE IN FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT IAW FIM 30-11-00-810-819-A, MSG CLEARED AND NO FAULTS NOTED.
