CONFIRMED SHADED AREA AS A CRACK THROUGH INDEPENDENT NDT EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION. CRACK ORIGINATES ON THE INSIDE BORE OF THE SPAR, AT THE TE OTBD BLADE BOLT HOLE. NOTIFIED ENGINEERING, REF ATTACHED SIMPLE DRAWING.
