PDIS 140 34-10 2316 26MAY19 MEM OPEN U LOGPAGES:2923349 "ALT DISAGREE" EICAS WARNING IN DESCENT. F/O AND CAPT ALTIMETERS HAD 250 FT DIFFERENCE. AT ALTITUDE THE SPLIT WAS 180 FT, BUT "ALT DISAGREE" EICAS IN CRUISE, FL360. PERFORMED PITOT STATIC TEST ON CAPTAIN'S AND F/O'S PITOT/STATIC SYSTEMS. RAN AIRSPEED TO 300KTS AND ALTITUDE TO 5000 FT AND 25.000 FT ON BOTH SYSTEMS. THERE WAS NO ALTITUDE SPLIT AT BOTH ALTITUDES AND AIRSPEED HAD NO SPLIT. LEAK CHECK ON BOTH CAPT AND F/O'S SYSTEMS CHECKED GOOD. ALSO PERFORMED TEST 30 AND ADC TESTS; ALL CHECKED GOOD WITH NO FAULTS. SYS OPS CK GOOD IAW AMM 34-11-00-5, 34-12-01-4, 22-41-00-5. RVSM CAPABLE.
ON T/O ROLL CAPT AIRSPEED ERRATIC THEN BACK TO 30KTS AFTER LIFTOFF EICAS L & R EEC, AILERON LOCKOUT, RUDDER RATIO, AUTOTHROTTLES CLICKED OFF, F/O'S FLT DIR WENT OFF, CAPT RESET AND IT CAME BACK. CAPT'S AIRSPEED AND STBY AIRSPEED STAYED @ 30KTS. RTB. FOUND CAPTAIN'S PITOT-STATIC PROBE AND LEFT AUX PITOT-STATIC PROBE WITH OBSTRUCTIONS INSIDE. INSTALLED NEW CAPTAIN'S PITOT PROBE. INSTALLED THIRD NEW CAPTAIN'S PROBE. REF: AMM 34-11-01-4. OPS CHECK REQUIRED. CURRENTLY MSN FOR LEFT AUX PITOT-STATIC PROBE. PERFORMED OPS AND LEAK CHECK OF CAPTAIN'S PITOT-STATIC PROBE. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. REF: AMM 34-11-00-5. LEFT AUX PITOT-STATIC PROBE STILL NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED. TEST EQUIPMENT IS IN COCKPIT, IN CASE OF WEATHER. R/R'D #1 LEFT SIDE AUX PITOT/STATIC PROBE. SWAPPED OVER Q/D'S TO NEW PROBE AND SAFETIED, HOOKED UP 3 PITOT/STATIC LINES TO PROBE. HOOKED UP C/P FOR HEATER. REF MM 34-11-01-4. PITOT AND STATIC NEED LEAK CHECKS AND OPS CHECKS, ALSO HEATER NEED OPS CHECKS. COMPLIED WITH LEAK AND OPS CHECK OF LOWER LEFT AUX PITOT PROBE. REF: AMM 34-11-00-5. RESET PITOT HEAT BREAKERS. ALL SYSTEM OPS CHECKS NORMAL AT THIS TIME. INSTALLED SEALANT ON LOWER LEFT AUX PITOT PROBE. REF: AMMM 34-11-01-4. OK FOR SERVICE.

ON DEPARTURE, PILOT FLYING CALLED FOR GEAR UP, MOVED GEAR LEVER TO THE UP POSITION. ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL. AFTER TO CHECKLIST, MOVED GEAR LEVER TO OFF POSITION AND GEAR EXTENDED, AFTER FULL GEAR EXTENSION RECEIVED 2 GEAR DISAGREE EICAS WITH NOSE AND RT GREEN GEAR INDICATIONS BUT NO LT GREEN GEAR INDICATION. MOVED GEAR LEVER BACK TO UP POSITION, GEAR RETRACTED NORMALLY AND GEAR DISAGREE LIGHT WENT AWAY. CONTINUED FLIGHT WITH GEAR LEVER IN UP POSITION. COMPLETED ANTISKID SYSTEM OPS TEST AND OPERATIONAL TESTS OF GROUND PROXIMITY WARNING SYSTEM FOR LANDING GEAR LEVER. R & R IAW AMM 32-31-01-4. COMPLETED POSITION AND WARNING TEST IAW MM 32-61-00-5 ALL TESTS PASSED, NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
