THE CREW REPORTED AN APU FIRE INDICATION IN FLIGHT, TRANSIENT MESSAGE. THE ACFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE ACFT, FOUND NO INDICATION OF APU FIRE, OPERATIOPNALLY TESTED THE FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, OPERATIONALLY TESTED THE APU WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED RECEIVING A LAVATORY SMOKE WARNING DURING CLIMB. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE ACFT, PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS AND VERIFIED NORMAL OPERATION OF LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTOR WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
AFTER TAKEOFF FLUID WAS WITNESSED TREAMING FROM THE LT WING. THE CREW ELECTED TO RETURN TO THE AIRPORT WHERE THE AIRCRAFT LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LT WING RIB 19 FLAPPER VALVE TO BE THE CAUSE OF THE LEAK. THE VALVE WAS REPLACED AND THE DISCREPANCY CLEARED.
DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE FROM THE F/A PANEL. MX R & R THE AFFECTED PANEL, OPS TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MX INSPECTION THE COCKPIT OVERHEAD AND FRONT AISLE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE. MX R & R NR 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATERY CHARGER ASSY WITH OPS CHECK SUCCESSFUL. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE DIGITAL PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

IAH - FLIGHT 3095, THE CREW REPORTED AN AIR/GROUND FAILURE DURING CLIMB. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE SERVICED THE NLG STRUT, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
TYS - DURING A 2C INSPECTION DAMAGE WAS FOUND AT FR 60 AT STRINGER 5L. MAINTENANCE CUT OUT THE DAMAGE AREA, FABRICATED A L-SHAPED SPLICE AND INSTALL L-SHAPE SPLICE AND SEALED IAW EMB 145XR SRM 53-00-04 AND 51-40-02. ALL WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL BE RELEASED UPON COMPLETION OF THE 2C INSPECTION.
CLE - FLIGHT 3238, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE GASPER VENTS WERE NOT WORKING, AND AFTER RESETTING THE GASPER FAN CIRCUIT BREAKER A STRONG BURNING ODOR WAS PRESENT. MAINTENANCE MEL'D THE GASPER FAN UNDER MEL 21-23-03 CONTROL NUMBER 053036, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. THE AIRCRAFT RON'D AT MCI OFF OF FLIGHT 2608, WHERE MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE GASPER RECIRCULATING FAN, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, REMOVED THE MEL, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
SDF - DURING 1A CHECK FOUND GALLEY PHOTOLUMINESCENT LIGHT STRIP COVER CRACKED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED LIGHT STRIP COVER. AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
