MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND FOUND THAT THE #1 GENERATOR HAD SUFFERED A CATASTROPHIC BEARING FAILURE CAUSING THE GENERATOR TO SEVERELY OVERHEAT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND REMOVE AND REPLACED THE AFT BATTERY PACK FOR THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
PILOT REPORTED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT WON'T TURN ON. RAN APU FOR 20 MINS, COMPLIED WITH AN OPERATION CHECK, CHECKED GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. NO FURTER DEFECT NOTED.

FLIGHT 5836 - RIC - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED FUEL LEAKING OUT OF LEFT WING. CREW PERFORMED AIR RETURN AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. RIC MX REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT WING FLAP VALVE AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
ACA - FLIGHT 3100, THE CREW REPORTED A LANDING GEAR LEVER DISAGREE MESSAGE ON TAKEOFF AND THE GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO ACA WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE TIGHTENED THE CONNECTOR ON THE RIGHT PROXIMITY SWITCH, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. THE AIRCRAFT TOOK OFF ONCE AGAIN AND RECEIVED THE SAME INDICATION AND RETURNED TO ACA WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT FERRIED TO IAH ON 11/01/10 WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR UPLOCK BOX, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
