DURING A LIGHTNING STRIKE INSPECTION, A PENCIL-TIP SIZED HOLE WAS FOUND BURNED IN THE FUSELAGE SKIN BETWEEN FRAMES 22 & 23 STRINGERS 5 & 6L. REPAIRED IAW SRM 53-21-01, AND ACFT APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING 4A INSPECTION, LEFT AFT FUSELAGE SKIN FOUND TO HAVE TWO CRACKS EMINATING FROM A RIVET ON FRAME 77 JUST ABOVE STRINGER 6L. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE DAMAGE AND PERFORMED A FREEZE PLUG REPAIR IAW ETD2014-145-009276, AND ACFT APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE TOWER REPORTED A VAPOR TRAIL COMING FROM THE LT WING. THE ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE R & R THE LT OUTERMOST FLAPPER VALVE, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTED THE F/O'S FLASHLIGHT CRADLE TO NOT BE CHARGING THE FLASHLIGHT. REPAIRED THE F/O'S FLASHLIGHT ASSY WIRES WITH OPS CHECK SUCCESSFUL. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING ROUTINE MX THE LT EMERGENCY EXIT ROW LOWER EMERGENCY LIGHT IDENTIFER WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MX REPLACED THE EMERGENCY EXIT ROW IDENTIFER SIGN. OPS CHECKED GOOD .
DURING C-CHECK THE CARGO DOOR CUTOUT LOWER BEAM WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED BETWEEN FRAMES 65-68 AND STRINGERS 15-16L. MX R & R THE LOWER BEAM IAW SRM 51-40-02. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING C-CHECK THE REINFORCEMENT SHEAR CLIP AT FRAME 65 (FWD CARGO DOOR FRAME) WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED AT STRINGER 17L. MX REMOVED THE CORROSION AND PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR IAW EC5320-01494, REV A. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING C-CHECK FRAME 50 WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED BETWEEN STRINGERS 18-19L. MX REMOVED THE CORROSION AND PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR IAW EC5310-01651. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING ROUTINE MX THE FORWARD EMERGENCY LIGHTS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MX REPLACED THE NR 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
TYS - A/C WAS OBSERVED IN RIC UPON SHUTDOWN TO BE SMOKING FROM THE NR 1 ENGINE AND PUDDLES OF OIL. A/C WAS INSPECTED FOR PURPOSES OF A FERRY FLIGHT TO TYS. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 ENGINE IAW EMB 145XR AMM 7100-00-00. ALL WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND WAS RELEASED AFTER THE ENGINE RUNS, LEAK CHECKS WERE C/W.
FLIGHT 5956 DEN TO DRO - AC N14174 FLAP 45 OVERSPEED AT 161 KTS. FERRIED TO SHV FROM DRO FOR INSPECTION. QC PERFORMED MAXIMUM FLAP EXTENDED SPEED INSP CHECK IAW EMB-145XR AMM 5-50-07. NO DAMAGE FOUND. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE LOWER LT FUSELAGE I & II SUSTAINED DAMAGE FROM A TUG DURING GROUND OPERATIONS. THE DAMAGE AFFECTED THREE SKIN PANELS AND SOME UNDERLYING STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS. THE DAMAGE IS LOCATED BETWEEN FRAMES 12A AND 22. REMOVED AND REPLACED LOWER SKIN FROM FRAMES 13-24 STR 19L -18R. CUT OUT DAMAGE AND INSTALLED FILLER AND DOUBLER AT FRM 12A-13 BETWEEN STR 18L-19L AND AT FRM 20 BETWEEN STR 21R-19L. RE-CONTOURED REMAINING DENT BETWEEN FRM 15-16 AND STR 18L-19L. FRAME 20 DAMAGED BETWEEN STR 21R-19L REPAIRED AND RE-INSTALLED LOWER SECTION OF FRAME. PERFORMED RVSM MAPPING. REPAIR C/W IAW EC5330-02378.

OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY IAW EMB 145 AMM 33-50-04, OPS CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RELEASED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLT 2726 - EWR - CREW REPORTED ENGINE NR 1 ITT OVERTEMPERATURE ON CLIMBOUT AT FLIGHT LEVEL 180. CREW PERFORMED AIR RETURN AND LANDED ACFT UNEVENTFULLY. EWR MX INSPECTED AND FOUND BAD 9TH STAG BLEED DUCT CLAMP. CLAMP WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED. EWR MX PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO FLIGHT.
DURING FLIGHT AFTER ENGINE BLEEDS WERE SELECTED THE LAV SMOKE ALARM CAME ON ALONG WITH THE LAV SMOKE INDICATION ON THE EICAS. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 ENGINE. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
