DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE AFT AISLE OVERHEAD EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. MX SECURED THE WIRING ON THE SIGN, OPS TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE AFT EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN ON THE CEILING AT THE EXIT ROW WAS INOPERATIVE. MX INSPECTED THE ACFT RECONNECTED THE LIGHT ASSY, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

IAH - CREW REPORTED, THRUST RATING WENT BACK TO "E-TO" AFTER CLIMB THRUST WAS SELECTED. WOULDN'T ACCEPT ANY OTHER THRUST RATING. AIRCRAFT AIR RETURNED BACK TO IAH. LANDING UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT AND REMOVED AND REPLACED THRUST RATING SELECT MODULE IAW EMB145 AMM 76-12-02. OPS CHECK SYSTEM GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ORD FLT 6045 THE CREW REPORTED A NR 1 BLEED LEAK ON THE EICAS. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO ORD AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE BLEED DUCT O-RINGS AT JOINT 19. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
IAH - FLIGHT 2119, THE CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT AND CABIN DURING CLIMB. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER ONE ENGINE, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLIGHT 2386, THE CREW REPORTED A LAV SMOKE INDICATION DURING CLIMB. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT WITH NO INDICATION OF SMOKE OR FIRE FOUND, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

IAH - DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT TURN OFF. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER ONE (1) BATTERY POWER SUPPLY, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

IAH - DURING MX INSPECTION THE LEFT OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER 5 INVERTER, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLT 2757 - EWR - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED LAV SMK INDICATION SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, NO SMOKE OR FIRE DETECTED BY THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT. SMOKE DETECTOR IN GALLEY BLINKING GREEN TO RED. EWR MX REMOVED AND REPLACED GALLEY SMOKE DETECTOR PANEL AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.

SHV - DURING C-CHECK, LT OMEGA BEAM LOWER FLANGE HAS CORROSION BETWEEN FRAME 19-24. MX REPAIRED LT OMEGA BEAM AT FR 19-24 BY INSTALLING NEW SECTION IAW EC 5320-01229. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN FOR SERVICE.
FLT MX - ONT - WHILE PERFORMING 4 A-CHECK MX PERSONNEL WAS PERFORMING OP'S CHECKS ON FWD BAGGAGE SMOKE DETECTOR AND IT FAILED. MX PERSONNEL REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD CARGO SMOKE DETECTOR OPERATIONALLY CHECKED SATISFACTORY. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED TO RETURN FOR SERVICE.
FLT 7681 - LAX TO LAX - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED LAV SMOKE DETECTOR INDICATION IN FLIGHT. FLIGHT CREW DID NOT REPORT EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO BLOCK WITHOUT INCIDENT. MX PERSONNEL REMOVED AND REPLACED LAV SMOKE DETECTOR OPERATIONALLY CHECKED SATISFACTORY. A/C WAS RELEASED TO RETURN FOR SERVICE.
EWR LOG SQUAWK EMERGENCY EXIT SIGNS DO NOT TEST PROPERLY. WILL NOT STAY ILLUMINATED FOR MORE THAN 5 SECONDS. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT CHARGER AND BATTERY. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT CHARGER AND BATTERY IAW EMB145XR AMM 33-50-04. OPS CHECK GOOD.
