DIVERTED, CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN CABIN, STRONGEST IN GALLEY AREA. CONTRACT MX INSPECTED GALLEY AREA AND FOUND COFFEMAKERS TO BE THE CAUSE OF THE SMOKE. R & R THE INBD COFFEEMAKER ASSY WITH OPS CHECKED SUCCESSFUL.
AFTER TAKEOFF THE CREW RPEORTED SMOKE IN THE CABIN. THE ACFT RETURNED TO LIT WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. UPON INSPECTION THE SOURCE OF THE SMOKE WAS FOUND TO BE THE COFFEEMAKER WHICH WERE DEFERRED UNDER AN NEF AND THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
SMOKE IN CABIN REPORTED. MX RAN ENGINES AND PACK SYS WITH OPS CHECKS SUCCESSFUL, NO SMOKE NOTED AND SUSPECTED GLYCOL INGESTION DURING DE-ICING. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

FLT 0110 - ELP - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED LOST E1 OIL QTY DROPPED TO 2 QTS, OIL TEMP WENT INTO THE RED ON CLIMB, E1 SHUTDOWN ON ITS OWN. FLIGHT CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED IN ELP WITHOUT INCIDENT, WHERE MX PERSONNEL IS CURRENTLY CHANGING E1. MX PERSONNEL COMPLETED ENGINE 1 R/R OPERATIONALLY CHECKED SATISFACTORY AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED TO RETURN TO SERVICE. (A)
FLT 519 - AUS TO MSY - WHILE FLIGHT CREW WAS PERFORMING A PRE-FLIGHT WALK AROUND ENCOUNTER LT WING FUEL LEAK. MX PERSONNEL REMOVED AND REPLACED FUEL PANEL SEAL AND PERFORMED LEAK CHECK GOOD AND A/C WAS RELEASED TO RETURN FOR SERVICE IN AIRWORTHY CONDITIONS.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION ,THE FORWARD EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE INOP. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 2 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION ,THE FORWARD EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE INOP. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE NR 1 WINDSHIELD HEAT CAUSES SMOKE SMELL. WHEN DESLECTED, SMOKE, SMELL GOES AWAY. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE NR 1 WINDSHIELD TERMINAL BLOCK, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED WINDSHIELD HEAT AND WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE SMELL, AND NO OTHER DEFECTS WERE NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
