REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAP POWER DRIVE UNIT AND PERFORMED ZERO RIGGING. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF FPDU. OPS CHECK SAT, WHILE PERFORMING OPS CHECK FLAP LOW SPEED CAME INTO VIEW. REMOVED AND REPLACED LH VELOCITY SENSOR. OPS CHECK SAT.
LEFT ENGINE THRUST REVERSER FWD OUTBOARD EDGE DAMAGED AND TORN. THE REPAIR HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
APU COWLING LOWER SKIN FOUND WITH TWO PROTRUSIONS. DENTS 1 AND 2 WERE REPAIRED. DENT 3 IS FREE OF SHARP EDGES AND THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF MISSING OR PULLED FASTENERS. DETAILED VISUAL INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED AND NO DAMAGED WERE FOUND.
APU COWLING WITH SKIN DAMAGED ON REAR EDGE LH AREA. APU COWLING SKIN ON FR06 FOUND WITH SEVERAL CRACKS ON EDGE. WORK WAS PERFORMED ON THE APU COWLING ACCOMPLISHING TYPE B BLEND OUTS. ADDITIONALLY, CRACK 3 AND 4 WERE REPAIRED.
AFT TOP CORNER OF BAGGAGE DOOR AIRFRAME SIDE MISSING A SECTION OF MATERIAL WHERE BAGGAGE DOOR MATES COMPLY WITH PERMANENT REPAIR. PERMANENT REPAIR WAS PERFORMED.
CRACKS ON FLOOR PANELS 262AF AND 262BF. REPAIR WAS PERFORMED.
ALL FOUR APU COWLING ATTACH SPHERICAL NUTS RUSTED AND BOLTS ALSO. REMOVAL OF RUST WAS PERFORMED.

DURING SCHEDULED MAINTNENACE CHECKS FOUND SKIN DAMAGE AT THE #2 RADIO ALTIMETER BASE BETWEEN FRAMES 68-69 AND STRINGERS 21L-21R. THE DAMAGE IS IN THE FORM OF CRACKING AROUND THE FASTNER HOLES USED TO SECURE THE #2 RADIO ALTIMETER. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED I/A/W SRM 53-00-23 AND ETD 2019-145-018727
IAH FLIGHT 4446, DURING GROUND INSPECTION A DENT WAS FOUND ON THE FUSELAGE SKIN AFT OF THE MAIN DOOR BETWEEN FRAME 19-20 AT STRINGER 4L-5L. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE DAMAGE, AND INSTALLED A EPAIR DOUBLER ON THE AFFECTED AREA. LEAK CHECKS WERE PERFORMED SATISFACTORILLY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN ON THE LEFT HAND COCKPIT PARTITION WA SFOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED SIGN, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
ACFT WAS FOUND TO HAVE THE EMERGENCY LIGHT STRIP DAMAGED AT THE AFT GALLEY. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT STRIP AT THE AFT GALLEY IAW AMM 33-50-12. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE THE RT EMERGENCY EXIT ROW DOOR LIGHT WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RT EXIT DOOR EMERGENCY LIGHT INVERTER. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE THE AFT AISLE CELING EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 6 EMERGENCY LIGHT INVERTER. OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD.
DURING MX INSPECTION, THE NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY FAILED OPS CHECK. MAINTENANCE R & R THE BATTERY PACK AND OPS CHECKED SUCCESSFUL. ACFT APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
AFTER DEPARTURE, RECEIVED A REPORT FROM THE TOWER THAT THEY WERE VENTING FUEL FROM THE RT WING. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RIGHT WING FLAPPER VALVE, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN CABIN DURING CLIMBOUT WHEN ENGINE BLEED 1 SELECTED. THE ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MX REPLACED NR 1 ENGINE, OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD.
GALLEY AREA FWD DIGITAL CORRODED IN SEVERAL AREAS BEYOND LIMITS. REMOVED CORROSION, FABRICATED FILLER AND DOUBLER, PRIMED AND PAINTED.
PHX - FLIGHT 2843 THE CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE CABIN AND COCKPIT ON SHORT FINAL FOLLOWED BY A LAV SMOKE WARNING ON EICAS. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT PHX WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT FOR A FERRY FLIGHT TO IAH. THE AIRCRAFT FERRIED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER ONE ENGINE, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLIGHT 3137, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE PITOT 3 HEAT WAS INOPERATIVE. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER THREE PITOT STATIC PROBE, OPERATIONALLY AND LEAK CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLIGHT 2233, DURING CRUISE FLIGHT THE CREW REPORTED A PITCH TRIM FAIL MESSAGE. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER CONTROL UNIT (HSCU), OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT 3150 - PBI - DURING CLIMB CREW REPORTED RT WING FUEL LEAK. CREW PERFORMED AIR RETURN AND LANDED ACFT UNEVENTFULLY. EWR MX REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAPPER VALVE AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK SUCCESSFULLY. ACFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLT 4918 - THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE WEATHER RADAR WAS INOPERATIVE AND GAVE CODES 16 & 24 IN TEST MODE. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RADAR R/T/A, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING CLIMB THE CREW RECEIVED A FLAP FAIL MESSAGE AND ELECTED TO RETURN TO IAH. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WHERE MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAP ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS OPERATIONALLY TESTED AND THE DISCREPANCY CLEARED.
FLIGHT 2342 - EWR - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED LAV SMOKE ON EICAS ON T/O AND PAX DESCRIBED DISTINCT ODOR ON T/O AND LANDING. EWR MX CLEANED APU OIL COOLER AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST SUCCESSFULLY. AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLT 1340 - TYS TO TYS - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED BLEED 1/2 LOW TEMP WITH WING 2 FAIL, IT WAS AN AIR RETURN AND DECLARED NO EMERGENCY AT THE TIME AND AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH NO INCIDENTS. MX PERSONNEL REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 ENG BLEED VLV AND OPERATIONALLY CHECKED SATISFACTORY. A/C WAS RELEASED TO RETURN FOR SERVICE.
TYS LAV SMOKE OCCURRED DURING CLIMBOUT IN THE LAV. CREW CHECKED LAV AREA, MESSAGE CLEARED AND RETURNED TO BLOCK. MAINTENANCE FOUND VERY HEAVY DEICING FLUID RUNNING DOWN THE APU INLET. MAINTENANCE RAN THE BLEEDS AND ENGINE BLEEDS. PERFORMED LAV SMOKE CHECKS AND OPS CHECKS GOOD. NO FURTHER MESSAGES, RELEASED BACK TO SERVICE IAW EMB 145XR AMM26-14-00.
BLEED 1 & 2 LOW TEMP WING ANTI ICE (2) FAIL WHILE IN ICING CONDITIONS. REMOVED AND REPLACED HIGH STAGE VALVE AND LOW PRESSURE SWITCH IAW EMB 145 XR AMM 36-11-02 & 30-11-11, OPS CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RELEASED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE. SWITCH P/N APS7-1000, S/N 730-2-255.
FLT 54 - MCI TO MCI - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED ADC 2 FAIL AND F/O ALT RED X'S. MX PERSONNEL REMOVED AND REPLACED THE TOTAL PRESSURE HOSE ON THE RIGHT ADC, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED SATISFACTORY AND A/C WAS RELEASED TO RETURN FOR SERVICE.
SCHEDULED MX - 3A CHECK - ONT - DURING PRELIM INSPECTION QC INSPECTOR FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON EXIT SIGNS AROUND OVERWING EXIT INOPERATIVE. MX PERSONAL PERFORMED GROUND FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS GOOD. A/C WAS APPROVED TO RETURN FOR SERVICE.
