DURING C-CHECK THE SHEAR CLIP AT FRAME 68 BETWEEN STRINGERS 16L-17L WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE CORROSION AND PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR IAW SRM 53-31-04. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

ON SHORT FINAL THE F/A REPORTED AN ODOR AND A NOISE PRIOR TO THE ODOR. THE ACFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. MAINTENANCE SECURED THE NR 1 DUCT TO ACFT LINE, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED THAT AFTER ICE TEST, AND ONCE PACKS WERE SELECTED ON THEY HAD NOTICEABLE SMOKE AND PARTICLES STATING TO FLOOD THE COCKPIT. BOTH PACK AND BLEED 1 WERE SHUTOFF TO CONTINUE THE FLIGHT. THE ACFT LANDED IN WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE ACFT AND PLACED PACK 1 ON MEL 21-51-00-3, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. R & R THE NR 1 ACM, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, REMOVED THE MEL, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING CLIMB, FL220, REPORTED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT AND SMELLING ELECTRICAL SMOKE, F/A CALLED REPORTING SMOKE IN THE CABIN, CREW WENT ON OXYGEN, RAN THE QRH, AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE NR 1 ACM TO BE FROZEN AND DAMAGED. R & R THE NR 1 ACM, OPS TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. DISCREPANCY REPEATED. FLIGHT 6104 THE CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE CABIN AND FLIGHT DECK DURING CLIMBOUT IN ICING CONDITIONS. THE ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE ACFT AND R & R THE NR 1 ACM, OPS CHECKS WERE PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTED LAVATORY SMOKE MESSAGE ON EICAS TWICE DURING CRUISE, NO SMOKE NOTED. MX R & R THE SMOKE DETECTOR SENSOR WITH OPS CHECKED SUCCESSFUL AND PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS AT HIGH POWER WITH NO SMOKE NOTED. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
MX REPORTED THE SERVICE DOOR EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INTERMITTENT. MX REPLACED THE EXTERNAL EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSY. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
IAH FLIGHT 3122, DURING CLIMB THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE MANUAL AND AUTO PRESSURIZATION WERE INOPERATIVE. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE DIGITAL PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - FLIGHT 3131, THE CREW REPORTED A LAV SMOKE EICAS MESSAGE EN ROUTE FROM GDL. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT OPERATIONALLY TESTED THE LAV SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM ALL WITH NO DEFECTS/EVIDENCE OF SMOKE NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
IAH - CREW REPORTED, RECEIVED ERRONIOUS LAV SMOKE MESSAGE. WENT AWAY AFTER A MINUTE. MAINTENANCE DETERMINED NR 2 ENGINE CREATED IRREGULARITY. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 ENGINE IAW TASK CARD 6271001. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING THE FLIGHT THE CREW REPORTED A FUEL SYSTEM CONFIGURATION DISAGREE MESSAGE ON THE EICAS DISPLAY. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT WHERE THE VENTRAL TANK TRANSFER SYSTEM WAS OPERATIONALLY CHECKED. ALL CHECKS WERE SUCCESSFUL AND THE DISCREPANCY WAS CLEARED.
IAH - FLIGHT 2809, THE CREW REPORTED A BATTERY ONE OVERTEMP DURING CLIMB. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAH WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NUMBER ONE MAIN BATTERY NOTING THAT IT WAS COOL TO THE TOUCH, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITHOUT DEFECT, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
ORD FLT 2983 THE CREW REPORTED AT FL360 COULD NOT MAINTAIN CABIN PRESSURE IN AUTO/MANUAL MODE UNTIL BELOW FL190. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE PNEUMATIC OUTFLOW VALVE AND DIGITAL CONTROLLER. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
ATL - FLIGHT 2715, THE CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT DURING FLIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO ATL WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED FIM TASK 21-20-00, RAN UP ALL SYSTEMS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
NR 1 ENG INLET HAS CORROSION INSIDE FASTENER HOLES. REAMED HOLES TO REMOVE CORROSION AND INSTALLED BUSHINGS IAW EC5420-01158B. AIRCRAFT STILL IN C-CHECK.
TYS - DURING A ROUTINE INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE EMERGENCY LIGHT STRIP AT THE GALLEY AREA DAMAGED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LIGHT STRIP IAW EMB 145XR MM33-50-12, OPS CHECK GOOD.
CLE FLIGHT 2697, THE CREW REPORTED AFTER TAKEOFF THE TOWER REPORTED FUEL STREAMING FROM THE RIGHT WING TIP. A 400 LB FUEL IMBALANCE WITH RIGHT TANK FUEL QUANTITY DECREASING RAPIDLY. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED AND LANDED IN CLE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT WING FUEL VENT VALVE. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
