MAIN ENTRANCE HAND RAIL DETACHES AND INTERFERES WITH MAIN ENTRY DOOR OPERATION WHEN DOOR IS RAISED FOR CLOSING. CORRECTIVE ACTION; INSPECT THE AREA AND FOUND THE MISSING SCREW ON THE RANDRAIL EXTENSION LOWER ATTACHING PIVOT FITTING REINSTALLED THE SCREW OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK PERFORMED IN REFERNCE TO BOMBARDIER GL-6000 SIPC 52-12-52 AND AMM 52-11-21.
CABIN POWER (60 HZ): ON TAXI IN AND AFTER ENGINE SHUTDOWN A BURNING ELECTRICAL SMELL CAME FROM THE CABIN. THE SMELL WAS STRONGEST IN THE AFT LAV AREA WITH VISABLE SMOKE. THE SMELL AND SMOKE DISSIPATED ONCE CABIN POWER WAS TURNED OFF AND EVEN MORE AFTER THE APU WAS SHUT DOWN. ACM WHEEL IS SEIZED,FOUND SMELL IS LOCALIZED AT THE TURBINE AND UNABLE TO ROTATE. BELLOWS ON ACM IS DETERIORATED AND BROKE IN HALF.
MAIN EXIT SIGN/LIGHT: EMERGENCY LIGHTS ABOVE THE MAIN ENTRANCE, DOOR, FLICKERING LIKE A SHORT IN THE SYSTEM AND THE EMERGENCY LIGHT ABOVE THE EMERGENCY EXIT OR NOT ILLUMINATING AT ALL DURING TEST. SOME OF THE OTHER EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE NOT WORKING THROUGHOUT THE AIRCRAFT. PERFORMED A FUNTIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY BATTERIES IAW BOMBARDIER GL-6000 AMM 33-51-09-710-801. ALL EMERGENCY LIGHT INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR CAME ON AND STAYED ON, OPS CHECKED GOOD, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
MAIN DOOR: WHILE CLOSING THE MAIN CABIN DOOR, IT CAME CRASHING DOWN VERY FAST. BOTH HOLLOW SIDE BARS BROKE IN DIFFERENT AREAS. DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE ELECTRONICALLY // SIGNOFF// GAINED ACCESS TO MED STAIR ACTUATOR VIA STAIR LIGHT PANELS. REMOVED AND REPLACED MED STAIR ACTUATOR MOTOR WITH ON MOTOR. PERFORMED SUCCESSFUL OPS CHECKS OF DOOR. REF BOMBARDIER GLOBAL 6000 52-11-25. PINNED OUT MED CABLE PULLEYS IN ORDER TO PREP FOR HANDRAIL REMOVAL USED FLOOR JACK TO BRING MED INTO PROPER POSITION. DISCONNECTED HANDRAILS FROM UPPER HANDRAIL EXTENSION PORTION (TO BE RE-USED BOTH HANDRAILS HAD HARDWARE THAT REQUIRED EXTRACTION. REMOVED & REPLACED FWD & AFT HANDRAL WITH NEW HANDRAILS ASSEMBLYS, OPS CHECK GOOD, REF BOMBARDIER GLOBAL 6000AMH 52-11-21, NO RIGGING OF THE MED WAS REQUJRED DURING THIS PROCEDURE.
MAIN HYDRAULICS: DURING CRUISE FLIGHT AT FL 430, HYD SYSTEM 2 QUANTITY WENT TO 0%. COMPLETED HYD 2 LO QTY QRH CHECKLIST. SYSTEM PRESSURE WAS HOLDING AT 3000 PSI SO WE CONTINUED ON TO DESTINATION. AFTER APPROXIMATLEY 1 HOUR, HYD SYSTEM PRESSURE BEGAN TO DROP AND WENT TO 0 PSI. ACCOMPISHED HYD 2 LO PRESS QRH CHECKLIST AND LANDED AT NEAREST AIRPORT AS DIRECTED BY PROCEDURE. EVIDENCE OF HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAK EVIDENT IN AFT COMPARTMENT ON POST FLIGHT INSPECTION.
SMOKE IN CABIN AND COCKPIT. NO CAS MESSAGES SHOWN. LOUD UNDULATING GRINDING NOISE FROM LEFT PACK. GAINED ACCESS AND REMOVED DEFECTIVE ACM P/N GG431-2010-3 S/N 01089 AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED REPAIRED ACM P/N GG431-2010-3 S/N 00201. REINSTALLED ALL ACCESS GAINED FOR MAINTENANCE AND PERFORMED GOOD OPERATIONS/LEAK CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. WORK DONE, IN REF GLOBAL 6000 AMM 21-52-09.
LEFT AND RIGHT CLASS 3 ELECTRONIC FLIGHT BAG, EFB, WILL NOT DISPLAY IMAGE. APPEARS TO BE RECEIVING POWER. R & R LT AND RT ELECTRONIC FLIGHT BAG DISPLAYS AND RELOADED EFB SOFTWARE IAW SOFTWARE LOAD PROCEDURE FOR L3 EFB DOC 945-6731-001. EFB DISPLAYS GROUND CHECK OPERATIONAL. NOTE: ONCE THE UNITS WERE RETURNED TO THE SHOP, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE LITHIUM/ION BATTERY HAD SWELLED INDICATING BATTERY OVERHEAT.
HORIZONTAL STAB FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. INSTALLED A NEW SWITCH. ACCOMPLISHED HORIZONTAL STAB PITOT STATIC TEST, NO DEFECTS NOTED. ACCOMPLISHED HORIZONTAL STAB SELF TEST. NO DEFECTS NOTED. ACCOMPLISHED HORIZONTAL STAB HEAT OPS TEST, NO DEFECTS NOTED. ACCOMPLISHED IAW MM 30-12-00, 20-10-00, FAULT ISOLATION MM 30-12-00, WDM 30-12-02-06. STATIC SYS HAS BEEN TESTED AND INSPECTED IAW FAR 91.411 AND FOUND TO COMPLY WITH PARA (A), APPENDIX E OF PART 43, AND MM 34-12-00
UPON GEAR RETRACTION, 3 GREEN LIGHTS EXTINQUISHED BUT RED LIGHT IN GEAR HANDLE REMAIN ILLUMINATED RED. REPLACED THE NLG UPLOCK ASSY WITH A NEW ASSY IAW MM 32-20-00. PERFORMED A NCG AND MCG FUNCTIONAL CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS AT THIS TIME IAW MM 32-20-00.
AFTER TAKEOFF AND GEAR RETRACTION SELECTED, THE 3 GREEN LIGHT EXTINGUSHED, BUT THE RED LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. CLIMBED TO 6000FT ON THE AUTOPILOT. AFTER 3, 90 DEGREE TURNS ON THE AUTOPILOT WE FELT A HARD BUMP FROM THE UNDERSIDE OF THE AIRPLANE AND THEN THE RED LIGHT EXTINGISHED. RE-ENTERED THE TRAFFIC PATTERN AN MADE A NORMAL LANDING WITH NORMAL INDICATIONS. FOUND RT GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH RESISTANCE HIGH. R & R SWITCH WITH NEW UNIT. JACKED ACFT AND PERFORMED LANDING GEAR OPS CHECKED. ALL CHEKS NORMAL IAW MM 32-10-00, 32-00-00.
RED GEAR HANDLE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED IN THE GEAR UP POSITION. VISUALLY INSPECTED LANDING GEAR. PERFORMED GEAR SWING. FOUND MLG INBD DOORS NOT CLOSING DURING RETRACTION CLEANED LT AND RT NLG UPLOCK SWITCHES. OPS CHECKED NORMAL. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF LANDING GEAR INCLUDING 10 CYCLES NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED VISUAL INSP OF GEAR DOOR AFTER POSSIBLE OVERSPEED EXTENSION, NO DEFECTS NOTED OPS NORMAL IAW MM 32-00-00-201 AND 05-50-00-001.
ON GEAR RETRACTION, NEITHER LANDING GEAR RED LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR EXTENTION AND RETRACTION CHECK, FOUND ALL SYSTEMS AND FUNCTIONS TO BE OPERATING NORMALLY. VISUALLY INSPECTED LANDING GEAR UNLOCK SWITCHES IN GEAR WELLS FOR CONDITION AND SECURITY, NO PROBLEMS NOTED. REF MODEL MM 32-00-00-201.
HORIZ STAB FAILED IN FLIGHT IN ICING CONDITIONS. RESET CIRCUIT BREAKER HORIZONTAL STAB PROTECT, COMPLIED WITH GROUND TEST OF HORIZONTAL STAB HEAT SYS IAW MM 30-12-00-201. GROUND CHECKED GOOD.
BOTH MAIN TIRES FLAT ON TAKEOFF ROLL. REMOVED NR 2 TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY. REPLACED WITH OH ASSY IAW MM 32-40-00.
GREEN LANDING GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED LIGHT NOT ILLUMINATED DURING FINAL APPROACH WHEN LANDING GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN. REMOVED THE RT DOWN AND LOCK SWITCH. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS AND OPS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW MM 32-10-00.
AFTER TAKEOFF RAISED LANDING GEAR THE RED LIGHT ON GEAR HANDLE STAYED ON.
AFTER TAKEOFF RAISED LANDING GEAR, THE RED LIGHT ON GEAR HANDLE STAYED ON. RETURN TO FIELD. LOWERED GEAR HAD 3 GREEN, NO REDS. LANDING UNEVENTFUL. JACKED ACFT AND PERFORMED GEAR SWING SEVERAL TIMES. OPS CHECKED GOOD. VISUALLY INSPECTED WIRE BUNDLES IN LANDING GEAR WELLS AND INSPECTED UPLOCK SWITCHES FOR SECURITY. NO DEFECTS NOTED. DOWN JACKED ACFT AND SERVICED HYD RESERVOIR IAW MM 7-10-00-201, 32-00-00-201 AND 12-10-00-201.
AFTER TAKEOFF, RED WARNING LIGHT IN GEAR HANDLE REMAINED ILLUMINATED WHEN GEAR WAS RETRACTED. INSPECTED LANDING GEAR AND PERFORMED OPERATION CHECK OF LANDING GEAR SYSTEM. NO DEFECTS FOUND OPS CK GOOD IAW MM CH 32-10.
AFTER LANDING GEAR RETRACTION, LANDING GEAR UNLOCKED/IN-TRANSIT LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY, NORMAL LANDING. ADJUSTED NOSE GEAR UPLOCK HOOK TO PROPERLY ENGAGE IAW 400A M/M CH. 32-20-00. SWUNG GEAR MULTIPLE TIMES, OPS CHECK GOOD.
WHEN HORIZONTAL STAB DE ICE WAS TURNED OFF AFTER CLIMB OUT THE RED STAB ANTI-ICE FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED STEADY. EMERGENCY ACTION TAKEN. CANNOT DUPLICATE SQUAWK. INSPECTED COMPONENTS IN TAIL AND NOSE BAYS. MEASURED SENSOR & HEATER RESISTANCES. CHILLED LEFT LOADING EDGE WHILE MEASURING RESISTANCE. NO DEFECTS NOTED. RESET CIRCUIT BREAKERS. SYSTEM HAS PASSED 15 OPERATIONAL TESTS WITHOUT FAULT. NO FURTHER ACTION.
