MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT INVERTER, REINSTALLED THE EXIT SIGN, AND OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSEQUENTLY APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

PILOT REPORTED FUME OR STRONG SMELLS ON TAKEOFF AND DESCENT. MX PERFORMED MAX POWER ENGINE RUN AND PACK SYSTEM CHECKS WITH NO SMELLS OR DEFECTS NOTED. A/C WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

TYS A/C IS IN FOR A C-CHECK INSPECTION WHEN INSPECTORS FOUND PITTING IN THE LT VERTICAL STAB SPHERICAL BEARING BEYOND LIMITS. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND INSTALLED A NEW FIRST OVERSIZED BUSHING IAW SRM 55-30-02. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE CHECK.

YYZ - FLT 2365 - THE CREW REPORTED FUEL LEAKING IN THE AIRCRAFT BELLY. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND TIGHTENED THE NR 1 PILOT VALVE "B" NUT AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
MCI - FLIGHT 2394 - THE CREW REPORTED, RECEIVED A FALSE "LAV SMOKE" INDICATION IN FLIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT MCI WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT, OPERATIONALLY TESTED THE LAV SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

FLT 32 - OKC TO OKC - FLIGHT CREW REPORTED FLAP FAIL 0 DEGREE LANDING, ALSO DECLARED EMERGENCY UPON LANDING WHERE ACFT LANDED SAFELY AND NO INCIDENTS. CONTRACT MX AAR AIRCRAFT SERVICES RESET FLAP SYSTEMS,OPERATIONALLY CHECKED SEVERAL TIME SATISFACTORY. A/C WAS RELEASED TO RETURN FOR SERVICE.
TYS A/C WAS EN ROUTE TO SDF WHEN THE CREW SAW SOME SMOKE IN THE CABIN FOR A FEW MINUTES. CONTINUED ON TO SDF. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 1 ENGINE IAW TASKCARD 1271001. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS WERE GOOD. A/C WAS PUT BACK IN SERVICE. REFERENCE LOG PAGE 2149208. [07-27-07] SMOKE WAS CAUSED BY THE NR 4 CARBON SEAL LEAKING.
