DURING POST FLIGHT CHECKS IT WAS DISCOVERED A TAIL DE-ICE FAULT CODES RATC 18 AND LATC 18. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM DETERMINED THE LEFT HORIZONTAL LEADING EDGE DEICE ACTUATOR WAS DEFECTIVE. THE ACTUATOR WAS REMOVED, AND A SERVICEABLE UNIT WAS INSTALLED. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT ON LANDING, AMBER "GROUND SPOILER FAIL" CAS MESSAGE WAS POSTED. INBD SPOILERS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE GROUND SPOILER MANIFOLD WAS DEFECTIVE. THE DEFECTIVE UNIT WAS REMOVED, AND A SERVICEABLE UNIT WAS INSTALLED. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER TRIM FAILED IN FLIGHT, THE FLIGHT CREW ELECTED TO DIVERT FLIGHT AND LAND TO INVESTIGATE THE FAULT. THE APPROACH AND LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER ACTUATOR WAS DETERMINED TO BE AT FAULT. THE ACTUATOR WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT THEN WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE RIGHT ENGINE EXPERIENCED COMPRESSOR STALL DURING TAKEOFF POWER. THIS CONDITION WAS ALLOWED PER MEL AND OPERATIONS WERE CONTINUED WITH NO RESTRICTIONS. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR DETERMINED THE FAULT WAS INTERNAL WITH THE ENGINE REQUIRING THE ENGINE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE AIRCRAFT FOR REPAIRS. REPAIRS TO ENGINE ARE IN PROCESS AT THE TIME OF THIS REPORT
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT AN AMBER STAB TRIM FAIL CAS MESSAGE POSTED ON TOP OF DESCENT. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE STABILIZER TRIM ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE WAS FAULTY. THE UNIT WAS REMOVED AND A REPAIRED UNIT WAS INSTALLED. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. AIRCRAFT THEN WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING CLIMB OUT RECEIVING A RIGHT BLEED FAULT CAS MESSAGE. THE CREW RAN THE CHECKLIST AND ELECTED TO RETURN BACK TO THE AIRPORT AND LAND. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE FAULT HAD BEEN CAUSED BY A DEFECTIVE RIGHT MANIFOLD PRESSURE SENSOR. (STUCK READING 6PSI ALL THE TIME) CORRECTIVE ACTION WAS TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE SENSOR WITH A NEW SENSOR. OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED AT APPROX. 1 HOUR INTO FLIGHT A YAW DAMPENER 1 AND 2 FAIL CAS AMBER MESSAGE WAS POSTED ALONG WITH A RUDDER FAULT CYAN CAS MESSAGE. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED A DEFECTIVE RUDDER ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT. THE DEFECTIVE UNIT WAS REMOVED AND A REPAIRED UNIT WAS INSTALLED OPS CHECKS GOOD, NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT AFTER LANDING AN ANTI-SKID FAIL CAS MESSAGE WAS DISPLAYED. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM DETERMINED THAT THE RIGHT HAND OTBD MAIN LANDING GEAR WIRING HARNESS WAS DEFECTIVE. THE HARNESS WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT. OPS CHECKS GOOD, NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT A "STAB TRIM FAIL" CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED AND THEN CLEARED IN FLIGHT. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND THAT STABILIZER TRIM ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE WAS DEFECTIVE. THE UNIT WAS REMOVED AND A INSPECTED/TESTED UNIT WAS INSTALLED. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
