Part: WARNING LIGHT — ILLUMINATED (RT MLG)
FLT NR 0603 - EWR - THE RT MLG RED UNSAFE LIGHT AND RT GEAR DOOR LIGHTS ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. FUEL WAS DUMPED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO EWR WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PEFORMED EXTENSION AND RETRACTION OF THE LANDING GEAR AND NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. (Z)

TPA - FLT 0591 - SMOKE BEGAN COMING FROM VENTS ABOVE AND ON SIDE OF OVEN IN THE FORWARD GALLEY WHILE IN FLIGHT. CIRCUIT BREAKERS WERE PULLED AND THE SMOKE CEASED. THE LT FORWARD GALLEY OVEN WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED AND OPERATION CHECKED GOOD. THE RT FORWARD GALLEY OVEN WAS CHECKED AND FOUND GOOD. (X)
