DURING FLT, AMBER FUEL IMBALANCE CAS MESSAGE CAME ON IMMEDIATELY, RT SIDE INCREASE BY 2900 LBS. TOTAL FUEL ALSO INCREASED BY 2900 LBS. FOLLOWED QRH FUEL IMBALANCE. FUEL IMBALANCE BEGAN TO CORRECT. IMBALANCE CONINTUED TO CORRECT & STOPPED. TOTAL FUEL BEGAN TO INCREASE BY APPROX 1000 LBSS. BEGAN TO FUTHER DESCEND ON ARRIVAL, TOTAL FUEL BEGAN INCREASING. DURING DECSENT AP HOLD RWD MESSAGE CAME ON MOMENTARILY TWICE. CYAN FUEL TRANSER DISPLAYED MULTIPLE TIMES. AT BEGINING OF APPROACH TOTAL FUEL IND SHOWED 3500LBS MORE THAN WAS CALCULATED IN FLT PLAN. ON SHORT FINAL AFTER DISCONNECTING AUTOPILOT MORE RT WING DOWN CONTROL IMPUT REQUIRED. AFTER LANDING, TOTAL FUEL QTY SHOWED 10,900LBS. 20 MINS AFTER ENG SHUTDOWN TOTAL FUEL SHOWED 5700LBS & LT TANK SHOWED 4200LBS & RT SIDE SHOWED 1450LBS. 40 MIN AFTER SHUTDOWN TOTAL FUEL SHOWED 5600LBS & BOTH TANKS SHOWED BALANCED REPLACED FUEL PROBE. PERFORMED IAW AMM 28-41-09. OPS CHECK GOOD.

THE FUEL QUANTITY INDICATED ON RIGHT GAUGE WAS SHOWING A COUPLE THOUSAND POUNDS MORE THAN IT ACTUALLY HAD. THE RESULT WAS INACCURATE FUEL TRANSFERRING LEADING TO FUEL IMBALANCE. THIS HAPPENED FOR 2 HOURS AND THEN RETURNED BACK TO NORMAL INDICATIONS. TROUBLESHOOTING CARRIED OUT, WATER SUMPS DRAINED AND FMQGC TEST CARRIED OUT IAW AMM 28-10-00-680-801 R52 NIL DEFECTS. OPERATOR TO MONITOR.

PERFORMED ENGINE IDLE RUNS. AND APU ON FOR 2 HOURS WITH ACM ON COLD AND HOT FOR AN HOUR EACH AND STILL NO EVIDENCE OF BURNING SMELL IN LAV/AFT COMPARTMENT. INSPECTED ALL ASSOCIATED AVIONIC EQUIPMENT LOCATED IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA. UNABLE TO FIND ANY EQUIPMENT SHORTING OUT OR CAUSING ANY KIND OF BURNING. ALL EQUIPMENT IS OPERATING WITH IN LIMITS. RAN THE APU FOR 3.5 HOURS WITH AIR CONDITIONING ON, WATER FAUCETS ON, WATER HEATER ON. INSPECTED TERMINAL BOARDS, GROUNDS, CANNON PLUGS AND ALL AVIONICS EQUIPMENT LOCATED UNDER THE SINK, VERIFIED THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF ARCING, SHORTING, CORROSION, OR BURN MARKS. WIRING CHECKS GOOD UNDER THE SINK, TURNED ON/OFF ALL THE SWITCHES IN THE LAV MULTIPLE TIMES AND FOUND NONE TO BE SHORTING OUT OR GETTING EXTREMELY HOT THERE IS ALSO NO EVIDENCE OF ANYTHING BUT THE TRASH CAN BEING WET. DID NOT SMELL ANYTHING OR SEE ANY SMOKE IN THE AFT !AV OR BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT.

IT REMAINED ILLUMINATED THE REMAINDER OF THE FLIGHT. THAT FLIGHT WAS A DESTINATION CHANGE AND A RETURN TO KBFI. AFTER PARKING WE EXAMINED OMS. FLIGHT DECK EFFECT INCLUDES FOLLOWING OHRASES: ¿INDICATES THAT THERE IS A FAILURE OF BOTH LANES IN THE LEFT FADEC. ENGINE OPERATION MAY BE EFFECTED.¿ FAULT CODE READS 7321EEC000001 FAULT MESSAGE READS L N2 SPEED CH A WRG/PROBE RNG CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED N2 SENSOR PN: 889-3-13 SN: 18618. PERFORMED ENG RUN TO VERIFY LEAK.AND OPS CHECK. OPS CHECK GOOD. REF RRBR700-710A2-20 EMM 77-12-01-400-801.

MOTOR SEEM TO WORK PROPERLY IN ALL TIMES. WORK PERFORMED IAW GL-6000 AMM 52·11·00.

IN THE GALLEY NOTED RESIDUAL WATER AROUND THE BOTTOM OF THE SINK AND OPENED UP GALLEY TRASH, NOTED EXTENSIVE AMOUNT OF WATER, LOCATED THE LEAK SOURCE TO BE INSTA HOT WATER VENT VALVE, SUSPECTED WATER LEAKED FROM GALLEY TO AVIONICS BAY WHICH MOST OF THE WATER FOUND CONCERTRATED RIGHT BELOW GALLEY AREA. SPOKE WITH FSR AND HE CONCURS AT THIS TIME. UPDATED MCC, PURGED WATER SYSTEM. NO FURTHER MAINTENACE REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF AVIONICS BAY SMOKE IAW GL-6000 AMM 26-14-01 OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY.

LEFT WING ANTI-ICE IN OFF POSITION. ALL MESSAGES, EXCEPT LT & RT BLEED FAULT, REMAINED UNTIL DESCENT INTO DESTINATION. AFTER COMMENCING DESCENT, TRIM AIR FAULT, TRIM AIR FAIL, AND LEFT BLEED LEAK CAS MESSAGES ALL APPEARED. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST AND SHUT DOWN THE LEFT ENGINE. ON APPROACH TO LANDING THE RIGHT ENGINE BLEED LEAK APPEARED. DID NOT SHUT DOWN THAT ENGINE. HAVE NUMEROUS PICTURES AND FAULT CODES. LANDED NORMALLY BUT HAD TO DECLARE EMERGENCY. REPLACED THE BLEED MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER
