ON DEPARTURE DURING NORMAL GEAR RETRACTION, WE GOT A N GEAR DISAGREE CAS MESSAGE WITH AN AMBER HASH MARK ON THE N GEAR INDICATION ON MFD. WE COMPLIED WITH THE ABNORMAL CHECKLIST AND CYCLED THE GEAR DOWN AND GOT 3 GREEN INDICATIONS. DURING THE DISAGREE, HYD PRESS CAS REMAINED ON AND WE ALSO GOT A STAB MISCOMPARE ODDLY AFTER FLAPS WERE IN UP POSITION FROM TAKEOFF. WE VERIFIED FLAPS WERE IN UP POSITION. LANDED UNEVENTFULLY IN TEB. NO ABNORMALITIES WERE DETECTED DURING POST FLIGHT INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT. PERFORMED ADJUSTMENTS BY ADJUSTING NLG UPLOCK SWITCH POSITIONING IAW ASCEND AMM 32-61-00, THEN SECURED & APPLIED SAFETY WIRE TO SWITCH IAW AFTER CORRECTION REPERFORMED OPS CHECK & NOW NLG SHOWS UP AND LOCKED WHEN RETRACTED. REPERFORMED OPS CHECK 10 TIMES TO ENSURE THAT NLG DID NOT REPEAT FAULT LISTED IN WRITE UP & NLG OPS CHECKED GOOD
