INFLIGHT AT FL430, LOUD CONTINUOS NOISE FROM MAIN ENTRY DOOR. OCCAISIONAL LOUD RASPING NOISE. CABIN ALTITUDE WAS STEADY AT 4100', CABIN PSI DIFFERENTIAL WAS HOLDING AT 7.5. NOISE DID NOT START TILL WE REACHED FL430. CALLED MCC FOR HISTORY. MCC STATED NO RECENT HISTORY PRESENT. GAINED ACCESS TO AIRCRAFT ON THE RAMP. CONNECTED BATTERIES, INSPECTED DOOR SEAL. FOUND DOOR SEAL TO HAVE A LOT OF DIRT AND DEBRIS. THOROUGHLY CLEANED DOOR SEAL. APPLIED DOOR SEAL DRY FILM LUBE. POWERED ON ACFT & APU. PRESSURIZED ACFT WITH APU TO 4DP. NO NOISES OR LEAKS HEARD FROM CABIN. HAD 3RD TECH SPRAY LEAK DETECTOR ON OUTSIDE OF DOOR. NO FAULTS NOTED. DEPRESSURIZED ACFT. OPENED DOOR & INSPECTED AGAIN. NO FAULTS FOUND. CLOSED DOWN, STARTED BOTH ENGINES & PRESSURIZED ACFT TO 5 DP. NO ERRONEOUS SOUNDS OR LEAKS NOTED. HAD 3RD TECH LEAK CHECK THE DOOR. NO FAULTS FOUND, SHUT DOWN ENGINES, APU AND ACFT. INFORMED MCC. COULD NOT DUPLICATE FAULT. WORK PERFORMED IAW SPM 20-00-00 & MM 21-00-00
MAIN DOOR: INTERIOR AIRSTAIR CLOSE BUTTON INOP. EXTERIOR CLOSE TOGGLE SWITCH WORKS. DURING INITIAL INSPECTION FOUND CONDENSATION ON THE DOOR RAISE SWITCH ON THE INTERIOR. LET THE PANEL DRY AND PERFORMED OPS CHECKS. FOUND ALL OPS CHECKS TO BE SUCCESSFUL WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. BELIEVE THERE WAS WATER INTERFERING WITH THE SWITCH ASSEMBLY. REF GL6000 SMM 52-12-50
MAIN DOOR: THE MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE FROM THE CABIN. FROM OUTSIDE, THE MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE USING AUTO. THE DOOR MOTOR DOES RESPOND IF THE MANUAL CLOSE SWITCH IS USED OUTSIDE. REMOVED RDE AND INSTALLED NEW RDE IAW GLOBAL 6000 AMM 44-10-40. OPS CHECK GOOD.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE NEITHER BY THE INTERNAL ELECTRONIC SWITCH NOR BY THE EXTERNAL ELECTRONIC SWITCH.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE WITH DOOR CLOSE SWITCH INSIDE PLANE, AUTO FUNCTION INOP. // SIGNOFF// REMOVED RDE 1 REPLACED ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLLER (RDE1) WITH A CUSTOMER SUPPLIED UNIT, REF, GLOBAL 6OOO AMM 44-10-40. OPS GOOD, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME,
MAIN DOOR: AFTER LANDING AND DEPATURE OF PAX. MED CLOSED ITSELF W/O CREW INPUT. BOTTOM STEP (WHICH SHOULD FOLD INWARD) REMAINED OPEN AND WAS BANGING AGAINST DOOR UPPER JAM AS DOOR WAS ATTEMTING TO COMPLETE CLOSING CYCLE. DOOR ACTIVATION BUTTON WAS PRESSED IN ATTEMPT TO ABORT ACTIVTION. DOOR CONTINUED TO BANG AGAINST FUSELAGE. I WAS ABLE TO PHYSICALLY PUSH AGAINST DOOR AND PULL BOTTOM STEP INTO AIRCRAFT WHICH ALLOWED DOOR TO CLOSE AND LATCH. AFTER A FEW MINUTES I REOPENED DOOR IN NORMAL ACTION AND DOOR APPEARED TO OPEN NORMALLY. DOOR WILL NOW NOT OPERATE AT ALL IN THE NORMAL ELECTRIC CLOSING MODE. // SIGNOFF// INSPECTED FUSELAGE AFFECTED AREAS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. INTERCHANGE POSITIONS OF ROE #1 AND ROE #2 IAW GLOBAL 6000AMM CHAPTER 44-10-40.
